We order wings with fries at least once a week from Sharxs. There’s only been one disappointing experience on the food with the chicken being old/too hard. Staff is usually friendly. If you come in to order take-out, the wait is usually very reasonable.

2pc combo-2 pieces of catfish and 10 pieces of shrimp.When dealing with Sharks they often refry their food that’s why I always try to go In but unfortunately I was lazy this Sunday and decided to DoorDash. I had old shrimp or burnt you can decide which one from the picture and only 8 pieces of shrimp instead of the 10 I paid for.

Food was nasty, change the fryer grease. Chicken should not be fried in the same fryer you use for fish. Service was just short of non-existent, then attitude when you finally get them to take an order.

OMG the fish and chicken at this location is SO GOOD! Always served hot and fresh. Good customer service each time I go there. Sometimes there is a little bit of a long wait time but nothing outrageous. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food.

Ordered shrimp dinner. It was way to salty and no other flavor/ seasoning just salt and way to much of it. The shrimp were also over cooked. I’m very disappointed. A disappointing lunch. I wouldn’t recommend. I wont even be finishing the meal I had to force my self to eat some of it just so I wouldn’t feel like I wasted my money. I wish I would have saved my $12.

Ordered regular pizza puffs and received gyro puffs instead. This is the 3rd time in a row that we had an issue with our order from this year alone, as we never had any issues with this place before, it's truly unfortunate.
