Well I was promised a replacement for my 2 footlongs and when I tried to use my coupon the drunk manager made my food and threw it on the ground and told me that she is calling the police on me if I don't leave the store. Can anyone please help

I CAME INTO THE STORE WITH MY DAUGHTER IT WAS ONE NICE YOUNG LADY TOOK MY ORDER SHE WAS YOUNG THE SECOND LADY WHICH IS OLDER WAS DRUNK AND CRUSSING AT ME SHE SAID SHE WAS A MANGER I CALLED TO REPORT SHE WAS PLAYING ON THE PHONE THIS IS WHY IM WRITTING NOW I VISIED THE STORE ON 1/14/2025 SHE NEED TO BE REMOVED

Bullet proof glass Subway. I'll never forget you. It's been at least 15 years, but you are burned into my memory forever. Getting a sub on a bullet proof glass lazy-susan is an experience one does not soon forget.

Usually when we come, we're served by two gentlemen who are very respectful and knowledgeable. Today, we were BARELY greeted by two females( one of which was sitting on the counter talking on the phone), the other you can tell was new and trying her best. The one on the phone finally asked her if she need help but neither one of them knew what they were doing. The girl on the phone was about to make my bfs sandwich without even cooking the bacon. The biggest problem was the way they spoke to people. She spoke to us with such disrespect when we tried to make a complaint the only other person behind the counter kept acting like he couldn't hear us. Then another girl walked back, we thought she was the manager but she was just there to make her bf food. We told her about the terrible customer service and all she said was "well they're still in training" . Being in training doesn't give the go ahead to talk to customers the way she was. No excuses. I will be getting in contact with higher ups.
