Workers got nothing correct about my order. There is a huge bulletproof wall that hindures most of the sound so speaking with a worker is near impossible to hear. Many mistakes made, and terrible soda selections.

Usually when we come, we're served by two gentlemen who are very respectful and knowledgeable. Today, we were BARELY greeted by two females( one of which was sitting on the counter talking on the phone), the other you can tell was new and trying her best. The one on the phone finally asked her if she need help but neither one of them knew what they were doing. The girl on the phone was about to make my bfs sandwich without even cooking the bacon. The biggest problem was the way they spoke to people. She spoke to us with such disrespect when we tried to make a complaint the only other person behind the counter kept acting like he couldn't hear us. Then another girl walked back, we thought she was the manager but she was just there to make her bf food. We told her about the terrible customer service and all she said was "well they're still in training" . Being in training doesn't give the go ahead to talk to customers the way she was. No excuses. I will be getting in contact with higher ups.

Purchased 3 sandwiches and went to use the Women’s restroom. No soap, no paper towels, no place to hang your purse and the door does not actually lock. The paper towel dispenser was absolutely filthy. Even if you have the ability to wash your hands you wouldn’t want to touch the towel dispenser to get a paper towel due to the dirt and grime. This is a red flag. Unclean bathrooms equals unclean restaurants.

Went to order two sandwiches, lady behind the counter was fulfilling requests for other customers out of order while my toasted sandwiches sat there getting cold, when I requested she finish my order I got called a Karen and told I was being a racist?? Have been coming to this location for two years without incident, will never return after this.
