I just waited in line for OVER 20 minutes with no cars in front of me and was told “I’ll be right with you” I have been trying to eat at this location and give it chances for over 3 months and I have never gotten anything but absolutely ATROCIOUS service, never once have I even had someone take my order, this is the worst KFC that I have ever experienced and it should be closed down until you guys figure something out!

No chance I would ever eat here again. All i ordered was small mashed potatoes and it took the 20 minutes. They laugh and smile but dont get the order. That's the gary way.

I have given this KFC on Melton Rd.many chances.The service was ok but the food was old and lukewarm.I ordered hotwings and got wings with some kind of nasty sauce and too hard to eat, lukewarm mash potatoes and a hard biscuit.That's the last for me, I work hard for my money and KFC will never get it again!!!

Slowest store on earth, never has food ready for customers. Always have to wait for them to cook it and wait for 20 minutes or more. This is everyday a waiting game. This owner does not care about the customer as long as he is the only show in town. Totally disrespectful and a shame.
Awesome atmosphere and super attentive service. The menu was fresh and yummy. Will clearly recommend this restaurant to my friends. Fair rates and generous meals. Great work.

The service is slow. Some workers don't care what they look like, especially the men. They wear their pants hanging down and their hair looks uncombed. Personally, I don't want to know what color your underwear is.

Bathroom was dirty. Dining room was worst. Didn't have food to complete our order. I came with a vegan no rice. Ordered was for inside but the staff gave us an order to go. I went to the counter for a spoon and fork and was ignore for 10 mins. Won't go back even if someone else was paying
