Very disappointed with the experience. The four of us had small and average size orders, we were waiting for 45 minutes, the workers were running in and out of the store, only one person was making food at a leisurely pace even though there were plenty of other employees walking around.

By far the worst fastfood experience ive had. 3 friends and I went in and ordered 2 burritos each and it took over 45minutes to get 3 of our orders. What happened to the last persons order? No idea workers said they made it but that was the only explanation we got before asking for a refund. This took 20more min of a worker seeming to be on the phone not really saying anything walking around before we left. While this all happened 3 workers were seemingly on break but moreso just hanging out outside and sometimes taking orders. A small rush of people was enough to cripple the 5 person staff. They told one person they werent taking orders then as more people came in they just ignored them until eventually leaving. Extremely frustrating and the worst excuse for a fastfood place. Yes fastfood experiences aren't supposed to be anything special but they are supposed to be quickly prepared cheap food. Our food experience took over 60 min of our lives away and our friend Lex 6 dollars just taken away.... please taco bell, just close this location I know most arent like this

I celebrated my PhD this evening in this fine place. Well we had a astonishing evening and the restaurant was certainly the reason for this strong gathering. The crew contributed in a sweet way, the meals were appetizing and my guests were very thrilled. We shall definitely come back again for more events. thanks very much.

This place is the one I like best. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The crew is very chummy and the cooking they serve is so good. I would always prefer to have a good dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Every time I go I can’t ever get what I want because they’re always out. They sit there and mess around with each other while you have to sit there for 30 minutes waiting. They don’t cook the food right it’s always disgusting. They need to start firing these lazy employees. I will never go back to this location ever again. If I could I would give a negative 10 stars.

This location is always a disappointment. Missing items/items not made correctly. Drive thru wait times ridiculous even when no one is in line. Seems understaffed all the time something is always out of stock.

No soap in the restrooms. How are employees supposed to wash their hands? Cashier "didnt know" how to add extra sauce and didnt ask for help from the manager. I never received a receipt because nobody knew how to fix the printer.

Its just always a disappointment. Ordered a chalupa box. Get to the window and am told the chalupa shells r frozen cuz no one took them out. Really? Ok. Do better. After all these years this place just isn't worth going to.

Every time i go to this location something is wrong, they dont have food items available or they cannot be made, wait time is very sad!!

It was taco bell. I just happen to have a couple of coupons for free tacos. They were fine. They came fast. The cashier was friendly. The soda station was clean. The tables were cleared and wiped. The landscaper was there. It was one of those combo deals KFC/Taco Bell I've never had any issues at this location.

Piss poor service, and overpriced. I understand that each KFC are individually owned and operated, but to be charged more because the restaurant is in the hood, vs Portage, Merrillville, Crown Point, etc is pure ridiculous. I'm quite sure that the staff are nice people, but you have 6 customers, 2 cars in drive thru, and a staff of 5 that took care of the drive thru first before taking care of the customers in store. Once orders were taken, half of the staff focused on nothing, while the drive thru clerk did everything by herself, to get the orders out. 24 minutes just to get a 3 piece box, and the ladies who ordered in front of me still haven't received their tacos? No person was aware that tacos were to be made. Terrible. Felt really sorry for the elderly women waiting more that myself for tacos.

the drive-thru lady that works night shift was sitting at the table on her phone I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 10 minutes while she talked on her phone so I decided to go in and see what was going on and this same young lady was just talking on the phone like there was no customers in sight, Crystal the young lady that works at the register was taking care of the front and the back, there was only two workers there and the lady at the drive-thru had the nerve to just sit there on her phone while customers were waiting. I'll never be back. Calling corporate as well.

Most of the time you have to bring your order back because they didnt make it right or they didnt give you what you paid for if you want to make 2 trips then this is the perfect place for you
