I went to white castle today and order a meal it was fresh hot and good and quick the atmosphere was great good service and the young man jerome was very well respected not sure if i spelled his name right. But yeah him and his crew was very respectful thank you guys for your service

Buns were NOT steamed and sold as I remember White Castle to be. The were cold and hard 😩 the service was also slow. with gary slowly growing, no restaurants can afford to have an off day.

The staff does their best to maintain a decent attitude dealing with the people but the service and food is good. They always have new menu items and the call in feature saves me drive thru time! Jovan Jones is a great employee!
