The staff does their best to maintain a decent attitude dealing with the people but the service and food is good. They always have new menu items and the call in feature saves me drive thru time! Jovan Jones is a great employee!

This is the only white castle in the city I live in the service was very quick, but when I received my food, the cashier was still unaware what I needed and gave me just the opposite of what I said. Customer Service means a lot. It only takes a few minutes to repeat back and orderand give people the right things. It makes a difference and you should not have an attitude with somebody and they’re just telling you what they want. The customer comes first.

They may be a little slow because they always busy but the employees are great and professional haven't had a bad experience in going to the restaurant but using Uber eats or door dash sucks they leave your food on the curb I was mad and they leave your food on the porch they don't let you know your food is there even when you let them know to ring the door bell when they get there but anyway they food is awesome when you go get it yourself
