Worst food by far. Alll dishes were the same bland no flavor. Spring rolls were deep fried way too long, tasted of burnt grease. No dine in, take out only

This place has gone downhill, used to come here in the 90's to early 2000s when the food was good.
But now, no, not at all.
I ordered the shrimp fried rice and some eggrolls, big mistake, the fried rice was dry, over cooked and the shrimp was canned shrimp, the eggrolls were greasey and overcooked.
I am no longer going here.
Panda in Hobart is better, so is Great Wall in Portage.

They used to be the best in Gary. What happened to the people that cooked back in the 90's and early 2000's

Sad to say but today will be my last day frequenting Wing Wah... The prices have went up and the quality of the food has tremendously went down, you no longer can sit inside the restaurant...The portion sizes are smaller, the food is somewhat bland, and they also failed to provide basic condiments like soy sauce, hot sauce, or duck sauce... they no longer give free fortune cookies with large orders as well. My family has been faithful customers for well over 40 something years... My mother use to go in and order up to $80 or more of food every visit, sadly now the quality of the food has diminished to subpar standards. At one point my family would brag that Wing Wah was the best Chinese food in the city of Gary but sadly not anymore... painfully this is the end of an era.

I got sick off their food on 1/19. I took the food back with my receipt on 1/21 because they were closed on 1/20. They took my receipt, refused to give me a refund, then tried to give me more food at no charge. They wouldn't give me my receipt so DO NOT EAT THEIR FOOD UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hate to say this but I used to brag about it being the best Chinese around but ordered orange chicken today and couldn’t push a fork into it it was so tough and chewy. Egg rolls were a lot smaller and no shrimp in any of the 4 I bought. Will not be back and to ask for a tip on carry out was shameful

I don’t know what happened here, it used to be pretty good. The last time I went it was just awful everything was nasty. Food was bland and all the sauce was a jelly consistency. The sweet and sour sauce had a very vinegar taste. Just not good.. I definitely won’t be back.

I've been a long-distance trucker for over 33 years. I travel all over our country for 5 weeks up to 3 months at a time. I'm sorry to say this was the worst American Chinese food I have ever had. I bought the Chef's Special Chicken (L26). It was white meat chicken in this salty not fully cooked batter. It was horrible. The rice was practically tasteless. I'm sorry but your establishment needs a new cook.
My second pic is all the not fully cooked batter from the white meat chicken. My first and last time going to Wing Wah.
I'm out of Florida now, but originally from Queens, New York City. I know good American Chinese Food when I taste it.
Get a new good cook.
