WARNING... You're eating here at your own risk. The service is horrible. The employees can care less about your time and the order you paid for. There is absolutely 0 order at this location. No one's being held accountable, including the manager(s). Here's a list of everything you can expect here. Poor customer service, employees actively sick and sneezing and not washing their hands, improperly cooked food, receiving the wrong order( sometimes on purpose, because they realized they messed up and didn't want to remake it), some orders that were brought back for whatever reason after already being touched by the prior customer and half eaten are send back out via food delivery(they'll let the driver take the blame), and there are always some questionable people hanging out in the lobby that shouldn't be there. You have to see it to believe it. But again, you were warned! Those 5 star reviews are all lies.

I ordered on line and the food was TERRIBLE. The fries was NASTY AND COLD, the chicken was hard and the rub had dried up. I called several times and was hold both times for 30 minutes. I am so NOT pleased with the food I received. You can’t talk to a live person it’s robots that you do convert with that seems to only know how to transfer. Today is 12/12/2024. I went to the store in Gary on Grant St.

Corporate really needs to come in to this particular Wingstop. My daughter's food was terrible. Fries were ok at best and the sauce on the chicken tasted oily like they mixed oil with the sauce to stretch it. And I didn't even get the spicy Korean q that I ordered and didn't tell me that they might have ran out of it. They always have their friends up there, making the place seem like a trap house than a restaurant. Never again will I go to this one and I see why they don't have many costumers.

I really appreciate the customer service here cashier was very patient with me and also helped me with picking my order haven’t had that type of service in a good minute thank you ..
It was a bit crowded... however, I ordered online and it was ready at pickup time. It appeared to be only 2 people working... maybe someone called off or was on break.... regardless, my meal tasted great and it was fresh and correct! Will return again!

I have to rely on delivery because my car was totaled, and I don't have access to a kitchen. I placed my order, but I didn't receive the 2 cokes,I ordered or any of the ranch sauce. My fries were almost refrigerator cold and I've called twice. I was on hold the first time for at least 38:22sec, I'm currently sitting on hold, and it's been 14:57sec. My experience is generally decent. But not being able to resolve a problem because they won't answer a phone is unacceptable.
