I am a Gary resident and live minutes away. I used to drive to Lansing, IL or Highland, IN to get Wingstop; I was elated and happy this store opened and happy I can spend my money in my community. This place was good when it opened years and years ago -it’s utter trash now and it needs to be shut down or staffed by security. It is staffed by a bunch of disrespectful young kids. They hang out in the lobby after work playing loud music and causing a hostile environment. They constantly mess up the door dash orders and won’t answer the phone. When you arrive to correct it, they always have an attitude as if the customer is in the wrong and as if they are the ones who spent their hard earn money. There is no way someone places a large $60 order and receive a sealed door dash bag with a ten dollar order of wings. I once stopped in on the way home and placed a large order and the employees tried to get me to send them the money to their Cash App for the order at a reduced rate as opposed to paying wingstop for the order at the register. They stated they had some bills due and were getting shut off. I’m not sure how they figured out how to get over on the company with this method. I even heard a patron ended up arrested in that place due to the employees lack of making sound judgment to ask individuals to leave the store or call the police due to an unruly environment and negative escalation in that store against the patron. Avoid this dump like covid and many other plaugues-It’s a cancer!!!! You have been warned!!!!

When I arrived the staff at counter gave my order to another customer. When I opened my order the boneless wings were over cooked. When I complained staff questioned the quality of the wing. Very frustrating experience.

This Wingstop is absolutely disgusting. They have garbage all over on the floor by the dumpster , the grease dumpster has grease oozing all on the floor and you can see a trail leading across the parking lot. I go to Dunkins drive thru and everytime i pass Wingstops door theres a foul odor coming from the door. Im guessing its the mops they leave outside all wet. As a long time Gary resident i like to see businesses in our community but not like these , they give Gary a bad look when even business owners dont care what happens in their restaurants. Please do better, if not then let someone else take over because you obviously cant handle keeping this establishment up.

This is one of the WORST wingstops around!! They have these young rude kids working in here with terrible customer service! Ordered a whole family meal, got it delivered. Once I opened the bag seen that I was missing some tenders in my meal, called back talked to some sarcastic little boy named Tyler just for him to tell me he packed it and didn’t forget anything. I tell him multiple times im missing some items literally counting out what I’m supposed to have he then says “oh well come back in the morning and come get the rest”. What!? Why would I come back for a few tenders how about I not come back at all! Yall attitudes and customer service is TRASH!! Never again!

Johnathan and afternoon crew was very nice, quick and responsive in assisting me with my Doordash orders. They all had positive attitudes and take pride in their jobs. 10/10 experience I would definitely come back.

The manger is scamming people out of sauces I paid for 2 large cup I was told they didn’t have large cups for $5.43 but 5 small cups equal to that size which are $1.79 each in the worker had already told me previously that 10 small cups equal to one large side of ranch I came home with the 5 cups to pour in a $5 cup I bought at a different location to see if this will be the same in it’s not it’s in the center I will loading my recording review on tiktok tagging this location for my content to show how wrong this is stop scamming good customers video below do better 8- 9 cups is needed to fulfill this order

I have ordered from this. Location several times and. Every-time it's horrible Fries are STALE CHICKEN IS HARD. has it been Siting. Out all day? cause i can't tell then to top it off. I don't think they can. Read I asked for a peach tea and got a sprite. I'm very disappointed
