Service was great! The latte I ordered was so good and I loved the hash brown casserole. All the service staff were friendly and we even did a little shopping in the store and found the most amazing little glitter cowboys boots for my daughter after they went to the back to check for other sizes. Can’t go wrong by stopping here on any trip.

Food is usually pretty solid and amazing however when we order for pickup or order and have door dash or a similar company pick it up and bring it to use Cracker Barrel tends to “miss or mix up several of our items” then blames the food pickup/delivery company. And refused to replace the messed up items or to get you the item they forgot all together also won’t do in house credits for these issues or any sort of refund

I came in for lunch. I've not been to eat at Cracker Barrel for anything else but breakfast. The hostess didn't seem to chipper about being there. I didn't expect her to be dancing all the way to my table. She wasn't rude, but I was hoping the lunch menu was a bit bigger than it was. Was a bit disappointed, so I ordered the country fried steak with fried okra and fresh tomatoes. The steak was piping hot, but I could tell the okra had been fried up and...
