Loved this place until recently. Upped their prices by like 5 dollars a sandwich and then you have to wait over an hour for online orders AFTER they were supposed to be done. Subway is supposed to be cheap, fast food. If I wanted to pay $15 a sandwich I’ll go buy a burger from the marion texas roadhouse. One in Alexandria is at least a BIT cheaper and the one in upland is this places old prices, go there instead!!!

Literally seen the machine charge me for a #12 when I got w cold cut. Double my normal price, I even asked, and they answered me with such an accent I couldn't even understand... I just got the same sub the day before for 6$.... Really guys..

I made an order online. App told me food was ready for pickup. "READY FOR PICK UP"I had to wait 3rd in line before the gentleman asks.... How can I make your order (willing to push back my order yet again for yet ANOTHER CUSTOMER)(about to make an entirely NEW SANDWHICH for ME!!! WOW!! )I said I had a pickup order..... Already 5 minutes LATE.... That has a status of READY FOR PICK UP.. ....He THEN BEGINS making the SANDWHICH of my order from 25 minutes ago.I had to wait ten MORE Unnessesary minutes because my online food order was 100% neglected.Why have online service if you're not going to honor it?Very disappointed. Very dissatisfied. I felt less important and that their app is literally USELESSEDIT : The "Manager" even after staff walking to to back to laughter and giggle - offered to replace my sandwich but I declined because I knew it would take too long to make - from this staff that is - plus the fact that I should have NEVER needed a sandwich replaced anyways and also tells me the store acknowledges they messed up. Big time. I will not give them a chance to redeem themselves for something that was simple to overcome. Honor your online system. When the system SAYS READY FOR PICKUP the honor it. Don't make me wait 4th in line to pick my sandwich up that was ordered 30 minutes ago.Will never pick up from store ever again.
