Sophie's is always so good! It's been around for awhile and it's always the place to be in the summer. Their razzles are packed with toppings and the rest of their stuff is great too! It was always one of my favorite places to go with friends in the summer as a kid.
Gas City, IN reminds me of a small town that I grew up in by Bloomington, IN. This small ice cream shop has a huge community following and is well deserved. I had a chocolate shake (because all ice cream shops should be judged by nothing less) and my wife had the Oreo Blizzard (called a Razzer at Sophie's). The shake had a nice malt flavor, but did have a soft serve vibe as well. The Razzer was decent, but...go for the Butter Pecan. Still, we absolutely recommend this place!

most places you have to order extra toppings in your ice cream, Milkshake, Razzle etc. But, not here. now, I'm not saying this is a bad thing However, my last 2 visits I had to Add Ice Cream to my razzle when I got home. The amount of candy and flavoring was such that you didn't enjoy the "ice Cream".
