Walked into order, a lady at the counter asked an employee why she didn't get her sour cream for the 3rd. Time. He stated why are you being so disrespectful over and over. So he walked over and slammed the sour cream on it. Walked to the register, slammed it and walked bk as the lady manager did nothing. I will never be bk. And they both need to be fired.
Placed a $40 order with door dash, so really $48 spent. Delivery comes. Missing over half the order. Mexican pizzas smashed so bad they stuck to the box.
Door dash fortunately credited the order. Had to drive to the city to get the correct order. The staff is very unprofessional. Being inappropriate behind the counter. The store is beyond a mess. Food and trash on the floors in the kitchen in customer view.
