Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company has mixed experiences. The staff are fantastic, very kind, hardworking, and always so kind with great energy and customer service that can change a person's whole day. However, the store is worn, unkept, and felt dirty. Some customers received drinks that were just half foam, or waited 18 minutes for three frappes with no greeting or thanks. Another order of a Grande Blonde with 2 shot on ice took three ladies 8 minutes and 2 wrong orders, resulting in a hot black coffee. Despite this, the drinks are always good and orders are never wrong for others. It is a well run place to get work done, and the happy employees bring the best energy.
