Walked into order, a lady at the counter asked an employee why she didn't get her sour cream for the 3rd. Time. He stated why are you being so disrespectful over and over. So he walked over and slammed the sour cream on it. Walked to the register, slammed it and walked bk as the lady manager did nothing. I will never be bk. And they both need to be fired.
Got my son a Crunch Wrap Supreme Combo. This Taco Bell literally gave me 3 EMPTY Crunch Wrap packages instead of the food!!! The food that I did get was disgusting, shells stale and tasted like oil.....OLD! Needless to say I am not happy! The food I paid money for my kids to eat wasn't even close to fit to eat and was thrown away! I find it REALLY hard to believe this was an accident!!! Being short handed is no excuse for this!!!
Slow service, paid for chicken instead of beef (still got beef), didn't get my naked chicken chalupa that's on the receipt and bag, unable to wrap burritos properly (coming from someone who worked for Taco Bell for 5 years), overall a pretty terrible food experience. Thought maybe the first time was a fluke, but sadly I was mistaken.
