Took 22 minutes to get our order and they were not that busy. Pop machine out of order and employees standing around on their cell phones. Obly reason we stopped here is because Hardee's was drive thru only. Shoyldve stuck with Hardee's. Do not recommend.

TRUCKERS BEWARE.Don't waste your time. Employees and managers will not open door when supposed to and will not take order if you come at open. You can be there at 830 or 930 and the may or may not take your order depending on how they feel.Only way around it is to order online. But they won't open the door so you can pick your order up

Girl behind counter needs to learn how to deal and talk with customers no eye contact she acted like she did not want to be there. Also this store was very Dirty thank God I was traveling so I will never step foot in there again
Probably the worst experience we've ever had at a Taco Bell. I had a crunch wrap, and the tortilla was stale and inedible. My partner and kids had soft tacos, the lettuce was slimy and stringy, and the shells were far from fresh. Then there was the employee at the drive through window. She refused to open the window fully, which made it difficult to get our food as she was passing it to us. She also kept looking at us with an almost hateful look, maybe she was having a bad day, maybe not. But overall, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Good food but the place was a pig sty. Nobody wanted to wait on you. They were all standing around talking. Everyone was expected to use the kiosk. Then once you ordered your food you had to wait an eternity to get it.

I would not recommend this restaurant ro nobody 15 minutes to get my food. I look up and everybody. Everybody is around the corner and nobody's Is cooking my times more valuable than that? I won't stand for and I will not accept it again.They will never. See my business in my friendship. I can help it again.

It seems like a lie but it is the truth, a restaurant that generates so much food sales daily. Food and your bathroom are in these conditions. Apparently it hasn't been two or three days since they've gone without washing it.

I went there at 12:15AM on my lunch break. I was told it would be a 2 min wait then I was told it would be 15 min. I didn't have time for that, so I left without lunch. Thanks.

Burrito Supreme was just lettuce and beans. No meat or sour cream or anything else, I didn't even finish it after spending $10+ for the meal. Had to repeat my order twice in the drive thru. Also, no one needs a drink that large. Please offer a smaller size.

Oh my lord. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. First a very manly sounding person comes on the speaker, we try to order and no one answers. I very politely said, "Hello?" Nothing... Sir? to which the same manly, now rude and agitated voice came over the phone and shouted " uhm I am not a sir! Sorry, I can't see you voice in the speaker so sorry I was trying to be polite. Then she was so nasty the rest of the order,I asked for 2 Cinnabon delight coffeesShe snarked WHAT KIND of coffee?I repeated myself 2 Cinnabon delight iced coffeesShe once again with a nasty attitude and a raided voice again WE ONLY have 2 types of coffee regular and Cinnabon iced coffee .THATS WHAT KM ORDERING. So she leaves the speaker and 2 minutes later another lady takes over.. so you want the Cinnabon snacks? The 2 pk?At this point I feel like I'm speaking a different language. They finally get the coffee figured out, we order our food and she asks what sauces do you want. I said just give a mix of all of them.She says which flavor of sauces? I said I mix of them, we just ordered 24 tacos and burritosShe replies Why don't I just give you a variety? THATS LITERALLY WHAT I AM ASKING FOR!!then we get the order and 2 tacos are missing. What a nightmare!
