Horrible experience at China One. I got online to look at their menu to order and called it in. According to the menu online, it should have been $25ish before taxes. They proceed to tell me the price is $41. I ask about this and they tell me it's and old menu and they don't know how to change it. Okay. Not great business but okay. Wasn't mad nor freaking out just a little frustrated but kept that to myself.
I tell them that price is much higher than I was expecting based on the menu I read and would they be willing to provide a discount, coupon for next time, free eggroll, something?
Hell no. They aren't willing to do a single thing to make up for this, nor are they willing to take responsibility for it to begin with. They couldn't have cared any less that I was upset by the lack of customer service or that I'd be a long time patron.
Having been in the service industry on and off for 20 years. I can promise you that if a business messes up, it's 100% up to them to set it right. If Keoger leaves their sale stickers out past the exp date and you bring that to the clerks attention, 90% of the time you will always get the sale price without any effort because it was their mistake. This applys around the board.
Anyway, China One, do better.
Order of sesame chicken Anna sweet sour chicken which came with rice and an egg roll Amy ordered crab rangoon when my girlfriend came home there was no crab rangoon in the package the last time I was there I was shorted a Coke but this time I'm eating my sesame chicken and the broccoli is so so tough you couldn't cut it with a knife hardly let alone your teeth far as I'm concerned this places went downhill

The best Chinese food for 100 miles. A true Georgetown staple. I recommend the bourbon chicken.

Chicken and broccoli tasted awesome, both times we’ve gotten it. My only complaint is that both times, it was light on chicken.

Horrible experience!!! The meat in the lo mien was rubber and fat. The orange chicken is actually not Oramge Chicken, it's General Tsoa with a couple of orange peels added. We asked them to fix our order and they refused on all accounts. Not acceptable for $60 dollars for 3 dishes. This place has gone down hill. I would recommend not wasting your money as I just did. Premium prices for terrible food and service.

We have been getting carry-out from here for years. You can count on freshly prepared and tasty food.
Vegetarian options: They do have vegetable fried rice and a couple of vegetable only dishes.
Parking: Parking is very close to the door.

Awful in every conceivable way, ordered chow mein and didn't receive it, called the store to be put on with the so called manager who basically just told me I didn't know what chow mein was and that it was in the bag and just didn't know what I was talking about. I just hung up because I figured I wasn't getting anywhere with them and would just eat the food (no argument happened). THEN THE GUY CALLED ME BACK. That's right the manager called back my personal cell to continue arguing with me, etc. After that we went ahead and tried to eat the food but everything was terrible, sesame and orange chicken both tasted rancid and some pieces to tough to chew, crab Rangoon was thick, doughy, and had no filling, sweet and sour chicken breading was soggy and mushy, etc. First time ever buying from here and after spending $70 on food and having this experience I'm happy to say we will never return and hope others steer clear.
