I give this a one star because it says it’s 24/7 and it’s not on the weekdays. I’ve pulled up at 1030 before and the drive thru menus are shut off.

What a depressing place.
McD's used to be a happy place with bright red and yellow colors. This location looks like a depressed middle aged adult.
There's no menu inside. It's all depressing dark gray.

This place is a joke employees want more money well how about pleasing the customers first then more money but I go to McDonald’s everyday usually in another town I get a lightly toasted begal everyday and I go to Georgetown and they say we can’t lightly toast it and then gives me a dam begal that is black as coal what a joke pay all this money for food and it’s a dam waste If the lady had been a guy I would’ve tree it back at them will never return never and that’s sad my 10yr old makes better food than that

Ordered my food on my McDonald phone app and paid. Showed to clerk, she said you'll have to wait for them to prepare. I waited over 20 minutes with others after me. Drive thru was all around the building, and they were making delivery bags for Uber! I won't go back there! Fries were cold , chicken nuggets were cold. Had to get your own cup as they were too busy to hand you one. No menus on wall to select food, just computer machines. Older people would not like trying to figure out what they would like. Very cold atmosphere of neglect.

I stopped there because I was in a hurry due to my wife being home sick. I ordered at the counter and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I stormed out without even waiting for a refund. In all likelihood, my sandwich came out 5 seconds later.
It seemed like everyone was working, but the inside wasn't crowded, and the drive through wasn't abnormally long.
I don't know what the problem was, but I'm not likely to go back.
Ordered a vanilla ice coffee drink, when I got it it was just coffee and ice,took it to the counter the women took it and put vanilla creamers in it!! My order was to dine in,we didn't get a tray it was in a bag,all the tables were dirty! Had to clean it ourselves.my fish sandwich was awful ,tarter sauce was pouring out the side,only a very small piece of cheese! Had them to redo it, still too much tarter sauce,and no cheese!! Won't go back!!
