Had me waiting for an hour just to bring me the wrong food, go back, bring the right food but then I get home and half of its not even there. I will be telling anyone who'll listen not to go to this one in particular.

Came here to see what the hype was all abt since everyone says mcdonald’s diet coke is the best diet coke. and as an avid Diet Coke connoisseur, I had to check it out and put it on my official ranking system. The Diet Coke was subpar taste different than any other Diet Coke I’ve ever tasted. kinda has a weird aftertaste. I will go when I’m in a pinch though because of the cheap price, but sometimes it gives me a tummy ache.

Tastiest sandwich I have gotten from McDonald's in 20 years! It was a night stop in. After 9pm. There were a bunch of young fellows that were working everything it seemed. So wasn't counting on their best. But I was surprised pleasantly. Also the biggest surprise was the price. I live in Central Virginia and the price of a quarter pounder by itself is $9.99. there it was less than $7. Outstanding. Even the young fellows there when I told them the price difference were shocked. They were good guys having fun at their workplace and doing their jobs. Restaurant was clean food was good!

I visited this location on Jan 4th, 2026. I can't give you the exact time as I wasn't given a receipt, but it was around 7:45pm. I ordered 2 McDoubles, a McChicken, and 2 Apple Pies to go. We waited for more than 10 minutes for our order because the store, as does every store now, prioritized the drive-thru customers over those that actually came in the store. When we got home, I unwrapped my McDoubles and they had been assembled in the most haphazardly mindless way possible. After eating my Mcdoubles, we went to eat our apple pies when my wife noticed the stickers on the boxes that said enjoy by 3:55pm. I used to work at McDonalds as a teenager and we were religious about disposing expired food. We took care in assembling the food before it was given to a customer. It's really pathetic that such little quality assurance is taking place at McDonalds now.

DO NOT GO HERE! My husband and I have went to this location twice in the past week. We left early for work with plenty of time to spare so I thought. Our order took over 15 minutes and our food was cold by the time we got it. We didn’t receive our drinks. The 2nd time we stopped to get a happy meal with no salt fries thinking they would be fresh. They had salt and were half full-no exaggeration. Multiple orders were sent out with missing items or the wrong order.

More times than not, the fries aren't full. The drive thru line always takes forever.
Lady at the window where you pay was polite and apologized for my wait. Received the food timely. The double cheeseburger was halfway wrapped and thrown in the bag, it was all apart, bottom bun nonexistent. The quarter pounder was out of the box and impossible to reassemble as everything was in the bottom of the bag. Fries were OK. Ordered a unsweetened ice tea and double checked when she handed to me to be sure, it was sweet tea. To many bad experiences here I won't be back.

I want to rate this a zero because I went there to order food today , I ordered a mcdouble that was supposed to be regular with extra pickles and extra cheese instead I got a sandwich that was plain with nothing on it and no extra cheese. Also ordered a hot and spicy mcchicken with no lettuce and extra mayonnaise and didn't get extra mayonnaise. Also I ordered fries and they were overcooked like they had been sitting a while, it was the same for my chicken nuggets. This McDonald's needs to get their act together it is ridiculous all my food tasted like it had been sitting a while.

I ask for the $5 cheeseburger deal (3) when I got to drive thru window to pay she said $30.06 well that’s not right. The lady in the window didn’t know what to do so I went in to manager. She said we don’t have $5 meals anymore. I said she should have told me that. She said I don’t care. I ask what is in my bag for $30 she said 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fries , 3 4 piece McNuggets. Very bad service, bad management and the place was filthy. Robin

As McDonald's goes, this particular location was fine. It does have a number of odd quirks. First off, the kiosks have bill and coin stations so that you can pay in cash, which is awesome. Second, there's no order status screen behind the counter which is not very awesome.
Staff is very polite and friendly, so that makes the experience better.
The food was fine, it was hot and tasted fresh and was on par with what I expected.
