Everything was done properly this time! The store was a little dirty but not horrible. Food was done right and tasted good! I recommend it to anyone!

We went inside to pickup pizza the guy was handling all food without gloves. Just nasty. My teen daughter asked lady if it was a requirement lady said I'm sure it is but who cares if he washes his hands. Like do you follow him in bathroom to check if he's washing his nasty looking hands ✋️

Normally very happy with this restaurant but my last pizza order had very sparse toppings. I don't think there was any sauce on them at all and very little cheese.

Went to pick up an online order. The lady said it would be 5 minutes. 8 minutes later, we go back inside to get the order and it's still not ready. The lady ask, is it just fries? No, we got a pizza, brownie, and fries. She states, the pizza and brownie are not even in the oven yet. Come on, do better. This is sad. You had 1 job and you can't do it right?

I wanted to get what your ad was offering. Ad was for a large 3 topping pizza with bread sticks. Tried to order on line and in store, your system was not allowing me to do so. I had to pay more. From a corporate standpoint, this was false advertising this deal for 14.99. Disappointed in you offering deals and then cannot get it.

The pizza is always good but the employee who took the order was rude and I had to call back. They tried to charge $60 for 1 med 1 LG and breadstick I had to point out the 2 LG and breadstick deal online 25.99. I feel I'm they should offer customers the best deal but she just wanted to charge more.

We have always had a good experience when ordering at this location in Georgetown. It is definitely one of our favorite places for pizza and wings. The food is good and the staff there has always been good. We use the Pizza Hut app.
Great staff, good food, now I know the procedure for curbside but as a 1st time curbside orderer I didn't know where the designated curbside pickup parking area was! There were no signs!! The employee said they had them but they keep getting stolen ?.
