Ordered a cheeseburger and a froyo sundae. Both were very good and burger/ingredients tasted fresh. Seating is outside picnic tables on a porch, nice for when the weather is good. Nice spot to get off the interstate and have lunch.Parking: About 15 spots

I'd really like to leave a five-star because I love many aspects of this business. However, I've been there twice since they opened this spring. Both times, i CLEARLY ordered a plain M&M flurry (with no hot fudge) - the first time I got a cookie dough flurry (and when I took it back up to the counter, they acted like i had done something wrong. ?) and the second time (today), I got Oreo vs. M&Ms. I don't know why they can't get this straight - please LISTEN to what I'm saying and process my order accordingly. I am VERY clear on the ordering. Do better so this lovely spot can thrive. ?

If you don't love it here, please try a different ice cream or go to your nearest hospital as something is seriously wrong

This is a great old fashioned hamburger. I had the PollyBurger. Well worth it. They don't have any indoor seating, but it was a nice say and had plenty of outdoor seating. Their ice cream is really good also. Friendly service and overall great place.

Been going to Polly's forever. Went there last night for dinner with my family for the first time this year. Little cold but had a good time. Just disappointed in the food quality that Polly's has always had in the past. Don't suggest the fish sandwich it was super mushy and greasy. Fries was good. Everyone else said their food was ok. The entire bill was $65! There was 4 of us and my grand daughter who is 3. She had a hot dog.Love the place but hope the food improves.
Polly Freeze is the perfect stop on your Sunday drive. Not only can you get any ice cream treat your heart desires, get a polly burger, fries, onion rings and fried mushrooms to share! I love all the outdoor dining options.

. Polly's Freeze (since 1952 !) is a great roadside ice cream stand that also sells food.. They have ice cream treats (cones, shakes, floats, sundaes, etc.) as well as food (hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pork tenderloin sandwiches, fries, slaw, etc.)The menu (posted on a series of sign boards) is extensive.. I had a cheeseburger, dressed (lettuce, tomato & mayo), some coleslaw, and a root beer float. Everything was great.. This ice cream stand is located on a state road, out in the country. It's charming, old-timey place. The food is very good.. You stand in line to place your order at the order window, and then pick up your food at the other walk-up window. There is no indoor dining area, but there are outdoor picnic tables (some located under a porch overhang) where you can sit and eat.. On a nice day, there will be a line, and a wait to get your food. It's worth it.

I'm partial to this ice cream place because I was going here since I was a kid. Fond memories hanging out with friends. Great local establishment I will continue to support. No indoor seating.

I've been going to Polly's Freeze since I was a youngster. It was great then, and it still holds up today! It's on the side of the road with plenty of space to spread out when you eat. You order at the counter and wait for them to call your number. You can get hot food and of course cold desserts. My family has always loved the rotating sherbet (this is actually the place where I learned the word is sherbet, not sherbert). It can get busy on a nice day, but the employees are quick and keep it moving. It is a seasonal business, and you need to visit.
