Came in to get two sandwiches for my boyfriend and myself. A lot of the food looked old, especially the tomatoes. The meat looked okay for the most part, but the vegetables were not cut freshly that day. The tomatoes genuinely looked like they had been cut two days earlier. I typically put them on my sandwich, but I was not going to eat those… There was a hair baked into my Italian herbs and cheese bread. The guy making our sandwiches was wearing his pajamas… will not be visiting this location again.

Staff was rude. Not just to me, but even the other 2 customers that came in behind us. It's also cost way more than any other Subway I've ever been too.
Person that made my food very rude and can hardly speak English I had to constantly repeat myself and had to keep asking for them to put more stuff on my sandwich because they would put a little baby pinch of lettuce on it and the guy completely squished my sandwich with his hands I could see where his hand went around my sandwich and squished it this guy should be fired !!! I don’t recommend at all I asked who the owner was and they wouldn’t tell me !!!

The guy had a hard time u English and was annoyed that I'd ask to put two cheeses on my footlong. To layer them. And add pepperoni to it. That was the first time I had bad service there. But it'll be the last time I eat at that Subway! Plus the meatballs tasted like they've been sitting there all day. Overcooked and rubbery.

The lettuce was brown, adding bacon was $4 and on the app is half that and they didn’t tell me. One of workers was wearing pajama pants.

It's just nasty!! Seriously bad !!! Bread is hard meat is slimy veggies are rotten, tea taste old. Floors are extremely dirty. This location was awesome at one time but since November 2022 wen the previous owners sold it it's been nasty.

I place order through the app at 12:01p, the app marked it as ready at 12:20p, I waited at the subway past 12:30p at which point, I realized they still hadn’t even started making the sub so I told them I had to leave and to cancel the order, at which point he took the receipt to the register which I assumed was to void it. I then saw the app marked the order as picked up so I went back the next day to confront them. They pulled out the sub from the fridge with all its toppings and sauce soaking overnight and asked if I wanted it toasted… with lettuce etc… I told them no and that I didn’t want a sub that had been soaking in fridge for 24 hrs. They offered to make a new one and wanted to scrape the old soggy slimy meat/toppings onto new piece of bread to put in toaster. I used to eat here 1-2x/wk but won’t be back anymore.

Take the time to drive to a different location. I have been to this location multiple times in the last month and decided to try again today to see if any better. It wasn’t. As a previous subway team lead I know what the quality should be. I two meals, one salad and one pizza. As shown in picture I got barely half of the salad. Asked for multiple sides of ranch only got one. I always ask for them to chop it up in the mixing bowl which they did but you need to measure in the actual bowl first to know how much you need to mix. Pizza was fine, not employees fault but cheese was burnt on top because they took away their mozz cheese so the oven burnt the extra American cheese.

Tried to place an order around 12:50pm and the doors were locked. Worker inside just looked at me. No sign saying closed or anything. And they never came to the door. Didn’t ruin my day. Just slight inconvenience. A sign or somethin would have been cool.
This place is great if you enjoy overpriced food and food poisoning. This location used to be great, but lately, it is just depressing.
