We were the table mentioned in the earlier review that received silverware (thank you, Melanie). Unfortunately, last night was the worst dining experience we have ever had.
It took an extremely long time just to place our order, and we waited well over an hour and a half with very little communication. Because of the delay, my husband and son had to leave before our food arrived so they could make it to my son’s Christmas program.
When food finally began coming out, one member of our party was brought the wrong meal. There was no time to wait for it to be remade, so she did not get to eat at all. Only my daughter and my dad were able to eat. Another table even gave us their silverware after seeing how frustrated we were.
At no point did anyone apologize for the service or acknowledge the situation. This experience was extremely disappointing and not what we expect when dining out, especially during such a busy and important time for families. What a waste of over $100. We are beyond frustrated and done at this point.

We sat at our table for 40mins. Until I finally said sumthin cuz our waiter never came to the table to take our order or anything!!! Another waiter heard us came over mind later our waiter showed up to the table DRUNK AS A SKUNK my 9yr old smelled it just a horrible smell then blurts out if I hear one more christmas song I've had enough of it... again nothing but straight whiskey breathe smh anyway as I sit here waiting for our food after we requested a different waiter and we explained the other guys drunker then drunk I am doing this review as waiting for our food lol even tho we have been here for an hr in half now!!! I understand they are short handed that isn't a issue its the drunk employee who didn't even give silverware out so I gave that table across from us our knives an forks so they can finally after they been here for 2hrs

I ordered the sirloin at Applebee’s and honestly it feels like a joke. The portion is so small it wouldn’t even be enough for a single tooth. Very disappointing for what’s advertised on the menu and for the price they charge.

Sat in the car side to go for 20 min past the predicted ready time. Finally went inside and the workers scattered. Found an employee sitting at the bar who directed me to get my own food from the kitchen rack.

Applebees honored all veterans on Nov 11. For the first time, I was a benefactor of this generosity this past week. The entire staff wore “Honor our Veterans” shirts with a welcoming smile and great service. Thank you Applebees and thank you to all the great staff of the Goshen restaurant!
Food is always so good, sadly if you order takeout you could wait inside for 15 minutes in front of the takeout stand that states (please wait for assistance) and noone will come over to help. I reccomend taking the sign off if you are able to just walk up and grab it yourself.

If you ever stop in ask for either Gabrielle or Molly!! These two are amazing!! Definitely top notch service Everytime I have either as our waitress. My twins adore you both so much they always ask when we'll be back! 💜💜 Both deserve raises 💜💜 highly recommended
