Slow slow slow service by what i assumed to be a new server. The food was mediocre. After our first beverages were gone, it took 10 minutes to alert the server we wanted more. The drinks didn't arrive until 10 minutes after we'd finished all our food. The restaurant was not busy for a Tuesday night. If it had been, we might still be waiting. No supervisor ever checked on our party of five. The only thing that arrived without delay was the bill. I'll never spend another dollar in an Applebee's.

The “host” was not friendly or welcoming - never saw him smile once. Our wait for a table was very long. The wait for our food was very long. Our waitress was nice, but the food wasn’t all that good. Way too much money for that meal and experience. No more Applebees for us!!

My husband and I were in for dinner tonight. We both had 8 oz sirloin. We both ordered our steak well done. The steaks came out med rare. Lost our appetite with all the blood on the plate. The potatoes and broccoli were cold. Got boxes and took food home and finished cooking it. So much for having a dinner I didn't have to cook!

We got there at 6:15pm. We were seated at 6:45 pm no big deal on waiting for table, BUT we ordered at 7:15pm and waited on our food till 8:30pm then we threatened to just leave and they magically got our food out to us nice and cold. Horrible experience there and will NEVER eat there again. 200$ waist of money

Horrible service! First time going to this one and I will never ever come back. When my son and I and my mother walked in we waited over 10 minutes to be seated, nobody came! The waitresses just stood there and looked, did not once welcome us or seat us. We had to seat ourselves. After that, nobody came to our table to ask us for drinks or what we wanted. After 20 minutes we left. I will never return here. This place is horrible if you want to be ignored and not get treated right then by all means come to this restaurant. But the waitresses and staff are very rude and I’m not sure why they picked to be a waitress if they’re not going to do their job. It was not busy either so I was very confused.

im not the one to complain but when you order food to take out its to go home and eat right away but i get home and i cut into my steak and it was still raw … makes me mad and not even hungry anymore…

Took 45 minutes for them to bring my delivery driver my food anfter they said it was ready and it was cold and the wrong food. No one would tell him why it was taking so long and they kept ignoring him while he waited.

Went with family for what we thought would be a nice dinner. Our waiter was rude, miscounted how many in our party. Brought out 7 knives and 2 forks. As my husband tried to order his food the waiter took the menu out of his hands when he said classic plain cheeseburger and told him he could have a classic cheeseburger then told him it didnt have cheese on it only bacon. So when husbands order comes it has all veggies on it and pickles and NO cheese. Then waiter says to my daughter ok you want the 2 for $20 and my daughter said NO we want the 2 for $30 and waiter proceeds to tell her it doeant matter it's the same thing... oh my goodness was this ever a disaster. So as we look over the wait staff was huddled in the corner talking about the waiter. Next thing we know we were told the waiter we had was cut and sent home.. Well that was a lie he was still there and waiting other tables. Evidently we must've hurt his feelings correcting him and his mistakes. So when we walked out my daughter walked back in and staff was clapping because we had left and the bartender made a comment she heard. We will not be returning to this Applebees and Corporate will be contacted as even the Manager was very stand offish.
The food was absolutely tasteless, got the wrong order sent it back and got the right order but still no taste, burger from McDonald's or burger King would have had better taste. It was just like eating air. Spent $50

Not only was take out 50 minutes past time , the chicken was a bit tough. But the long wait meant we had to reheat our food, and we only live 5 minutes away.

Don't know why I was expecting any different outcome but here we are, food was cold, drinks not refilled after a lengthy wait with only a quarter of the tables that had customers. Honestly the poorest ran Applebee's that we've been to in the state.
