Terrible service i wish i could give 0 stars. Starting off we waited around 40 minutes for appetizers to come out while the table after us got theirs and even the table after them got their food before both us and the table after us. Once appetizers were brought out both me and the table next to me waited almost 2 HOURS for food. Our waitress at our section was doing the best she could and had to beg the manager to come speak to us and explain where our food had gone. The manager couldnāt give a straight answer and was ready for us to be done. Me and the table next to us decided that we were just done and wanted the check for the appetizer and leave. My tables appetizer were apart of a deal so they shouldāve been way cheaper than regular priced appetizer but the manager charged us the regular price and when brought up she just knocked $2 off and we still had to wait another 15 for the check to come out and pay. Overall not a good experience.

Happened to come into Applebees on a Saturday, we were pushed to sit at the bar by other bar guests and to our surprise it worked in our favor! Kayla was very attentive, very friendly, and made the best drinks(and shakes). Will definitely be back if she is working!
However, my one complaint is Bre, a server was very rude. She knew Kayla was talking to us and taking care of us, but would start shouting across the bar that she needed drinks. She would grab her own tickets and slam them down on the bar so Kayla could hear. Kayla would be getting our order and Bre would intervene and we could hear every word. As a guest, it was very rude and unpleasant. Especially since she did it repeatedly while we were there. Again, service with kayla was the ABSOLUTE BEST. It was the other server that ruined our experience

We really appreciated the fact that they were understaffed and yet the quality of the food and timely manner in which it was served wasn't compromised. 2 entrees and an appetizer for $25!

Service was terrible I gotta cut sum slack for the guy cuz he was a cook but damn I ordered mozzarella sticks for appetizers and three main dishes and the mozzarella sticks were nowhere to be seen that the waiter even didnāt even know where they were at so I just canceled them a waste of hunger and waste of time I think he ate my mozzarella sticks because he came out munching on stuff and I found a hair on my plate donāt recommend this spot at night and there was some chicks in pajamas working picking up food end of my review sad disappointed and still craving my mozzarella sticks

My stake was way over cooked and over seasoned. I couldn't even get past 5 bites. We had to keep waving our server down for any thing we needed. Paid $60 to not eat anything and walked away hungry. Won't be going back.

It's always a good time. We love Larry, the bartender, and Heather, who is a sever. Top notch.
We visited the location in Goshen, Indiana and it was easily one of the worst experiences we've had at any restaurant. We were surprised by how empty the parking lot was at 7 p.m. I'll give the staff credit, they were deep cleaning behind booths when we arrived. Our server was unprofessional, literally buttoning her shirt as she was introducing herself to the table and complaining about her long hours at work. Drinks did arrive to the table quickly and our appetizer combo was fresh and delicious. Our two AYCE entrees were served with cold fries. Not even the top layer was warm from the heat lamps. Fried shrimp was warm but tasted like it had been in a holding pan for some time. My husband's steak was extremely over cooked. He ordered med-rare and it was served well done with a burnt bottom. Mushrooms and onions were mush. The server did not argue about removing the awful steak entree from the bill, so we're grateful for that. The manager walked out of the back long enough to remove the item from the bill and went right back to the back... understandable if it was busy and they were acting as QC in the window but there were maybe a handful of tables occupied. So disappointing.

I was seated with out a menu. I ordered an appetizer with was served with no appetizer plates š¤£ I was brought my steak with no steak knife . My waitress not once ask me and my daughter if we needed anything else . I would have ordered a margarita and desert but the service wasnāt great so we decided to leave š„²

If you're going to take the time to respond, at least take the time to understand the issue. This just makes it feel like you donāt really care.***** Don't let them scam you with the all you can eat. They really don't intend to let you eat all you can eat, it's not true. To keep you from eating all you can eat. They give you really slow, bad, service and keep trying to give you hints to leave. This is a brand that is dying, Time to put the old dog down. I think somebody should call hospice for this company.

Friday may 30th 2025. The cooks can't make a freaking medium steak. Mashed potatoes are ice cold and have you seen my waitress? I haven't either. Get it together please. It's too expensive for garbage quality.

Went there for a quick lunch with my fiancƩ. We waited over 15 minutes and we never even got talked to. Different servers walked by us, saw us, but said nothing to us. People who walked in after us got served their drinks and had orders taken.
