I am a big Arby's fan. However, yesterday I got a regular roast beef sandwich...the bun was burnt and the alot of the meat was RED. I was very disappointed.

Food was above average and staff was responsive for having young kids working. Restrooms and restaurant were both clean. Other than that it's a standard Arby's with plenty of parking.

I loved my time through the drive thru they answer calm and friendly and went i got to the window they told me about how long I would be waiting for my food cause they are waiting and fresh chicken love this service

Went through the drive thru. Ordered ham n cheese melt, curly fries and diet coke. Got the food but no drink.Had to argue with him and ended up showing the coupon. A gal comes to the window and tells me he gave me the wrong order. We exchange orders and I leave. Get home and I have a beef n cheddar and a coke. Shame on me for not checking. How hard is it to get orders right!!!

oredered regular frues got curly, didnt say anything exceot screw this place. Beef sandwich was not good just meet between a bun. Only good tere is a chicken sandwich. I should have told them about it the guy knew i did not want curly fries. Thiz restraunant chain is terrible.
I ordered through the app and when I went to the drive thru to pick it up they said they didn’t have what I wanted And couldn’t even substitute for something else. There was no way to cancel my order and couldn’t even give me a refund so they basically robbed me and the manager was no help either. Rude the whole time .

Joaquin, the manager has no idea How to run an establishment. He personally made my order messed it up, and when I called to see if he could fix it, blamed me for the mistake asked me to hold the food all weekend (Because I’m going out of town) And to return it to Him When I get back. But made a big deal about the whole situation when it was clearly his fault and didn’t wanna make it right properly very disrespectful. It was my first time going there and it was definitely my last! Also, food tasted horrible
