oredered regular frues got curly, didnt say anything exceot screw this place. Beef sandwich was not good just meet between a bun. Only good tere is a chicken sandwich. I should have told them about it the guy knew i did not want curly fries. Thiz restraunant chain is terrible.

I ordered through the app and when I went to the drive thru to pick it up they said they didn’t have what I wanted And couldn’t even substitute for something else. There was no way to cancel my order and couldn’t even give me a refund so they basically robbed me and the manager was no help either. Rude the whole time .

Joaquin, the manager has no idea How to run an establishment. He personally made my order messed it up, and when I called to see if he could fix it, blamed me for the mistake asked me to hold the food all weekend (Because I’m going out of town) And to return it to Him When I get back. But made a big deal about the whole situation when it was clearly his fault and didn’t wanna make it right properly very disrespectful. It was my first time going there and it was definitely my last! Also, food tasted horrible

Bethany took our order at the drive through and she was delightfully bubbly and soooo patient and polite. Best service by far.
Went there today and ordered poppers and cheesesticks. The poppers were cooked to order but not the cheesesticks instead, they were re-warmed and soggy. Why they don't cook to order those is beyond me so, unfortunately I will have to ask the next time I order them 🙄
If you pull someone ahead for fried foods EVERY time could u make sure my other food isn’t old and cold?? Nice hot poppers and a crusty cold sandwich isn’t appropriate
Everytime I go into this establishment with a coupon I am told I cannot use it. We go to Arby’s about once or twice a week for lunch while at work. The coupons that come in the mail, why would you say we can’t use them. It doesn’t say anything on the coupon about only being allowed at a corporate store.
