“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big C’s BBQ and Catering in Goshen absolutely blew us away! This was our first time eating here and we’re officially in love. We ordered the platter with pulled chicken, brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, baked beans, and potato salad — plus the Cowboy Brisket Sandwich — and every single bite was delicious. The meats were tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The brisket was a standout, both on the platter and on the Cowboy Brisket Sandwich, which was loaded, hearty, and incredibly satisfying. The ribs were perfectly cooked and juicy, and the pulled chicken was moist and well-seasoned. The sides were just as impressive — creamy mac and cheese, rich baked beans, and fresh, flavorful potato salad that tasted homemade. You can tell they put real care into their food. Great portions, amazing flavor, and an all-around fantastic meal. We’ll definitely be back and recommending Big C’s BBQ to everyone we know.“
