Big C’s BBQ and Catering in Goshen absolutely blew us away! This was our first time eating here and we’re officially in love. We ordered the platter with pulled chicken, brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, baked beans, and potato salad — plus the Cowboy Brisket Sandwich — and every single bite was delicious.
The meats were tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The brisket was a standout, both on the platter and on the Cowboy Brisket Sandwich, which was loaded, hearty, and incredibly satisfying. The ribs were perfectly cooked and juicy, and the pulled chicken was moist and well-seasoned. The sides were just as impressive — creamy mac and cheese, rich baked beans, and fresh, flavorful potato salad that tasted homemade.
You can tell they put real care into their food. Great portions, amazing flavor, and an all-around fantastic meal. We’ll definitely be back and recommending Big C’s BBQ to everyone we know.

The food is outstanding! 🤤 The service needs some work though. And why are you pressing God on my family with pamphlets? If you're going to include paper then napkins would be a wiser choice as we didn't receive any.
Today is the 2nd time we've had to drive back across town because we weren't given BBQ sauce for our BBQ. Super nice people but it's irritating having this happen more than once and it's not a good look pressing religion through your business unless it's a church.

Ordered a rack of ribs. The meat on the outside was so burnt that it’s too tough to eat. The inside was dry. Would not recommend.

We got the brisket it was so tender and fell apart . The tastes of the pepper rub while it melts on hour mouth was to die for ! Also tried the smoked wings they were 10/10 . Everything had so much flavor definitely will be back to try more !
