my first time there I ordered a hot brewed pumpkin spice coffee and it was coffee with pumpkin pie spice dumped into it and it was absolutely terrible plus it wasn't even hot. and it cost over $4, I will never go back.

Went and got 2 speciality drinks on bogo Wednesday I get to the window and ask the petite blonde girl (said she’s assistant manager here at goshen location ) about bogo said they weren’t doing it because they had the “back to school specials” I asked her if my drinks were specialty and she says yes but I can’t get the offer because I ordered 20 oz not 24 oz I asked if she can change it to the 24oz (I haven’t paid yet) she refused said no due to them being made already and the cups would be off on inventory I asked if she can just keep them in the 20oz cups and charge me the advertised price for the 24oz still said no because it’s for the 24oz cup. At this point the only reason I still got the order was because I was taking a drink to a family member but if I wanted to I could have just canceled the whole order and left and she would have lost the inventory cup anyway. I told her they need to put the advertisement where people order not at the window once someone is about to pay. She could have told me when she took the order as well that there was a special for the 24oz. Also called to talk to the manager she wasn’t much help either just agreed that they should offer the special when ordered over the intercom.

Menu kinda small. The room is big enough where they could fit more tables for more people to sit down. The music is a little weird for a coffee shop but wasn’t bad. It feel like I’m in a Dunkin’ Donuts. Was kinda cold inside. My drink and sandwich was $14+ without a tip! Sandwich is pretty big but it wasn’t really hot. Kinda warmed up a little. Meat tasted a little undercooked. The drink just tastes like a cheap iced mocha. Kinda something I would grab quick from McDonald’s (but McD’s is cheaper). I would only come back for a drink through the drive through because they are fast. Honestly would rather go to the Starbucks down the road for the price even though it’s always packed.

We tried to order drinks from the Drive thru today, and the only answers we received were "I guess" and "I don't know".... so if that is the kind of service you look forward to, that's the only way I could suggest this location.

So I came to this location less than 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, and I felt really bad about it because I try so hard not to be that kind of customer. I was already planning on leaving a hearty tip for my lateness, and to my surprise the lady on the drive thru intercom was sure nice and perky, and when I pulled around I asked about their color-changing tumblers. The lady in the drive thru was so nice and she gave me her opinion and made a little conversation about them, pointing out to me how they worked and the colors they had. I ended up buying one (pretty good price btw) and she even offered to put my drink into it so I got to see for myself. It was so sweet and the tumbler looks really cool. And to top it all off, I got the citrus mocktail which had real, whole strawberries in it instead of dehydrated slices like most places do. Just another detail that shows how this place has a higher drink quality than other chains. Loved the experience here, only think I will say that could be better is that the espresso always kinda tastes burnt, like it sits out for too long before they add it to the drink. So I just order one shot less than whatever the normal amount would be and it’s still pretty good. Overall totally recommend it here and shoutout to those ladies who served me tonight. ??????

Drinks, food and atmosphere is great. However the employees haven't spoken to me whenever I go there unless they take my order. This last time they were badmouthing what I can assume was another employee in front of customers. It put me in an awkward situation listening to them belittle her. They need to do better and keep their childish squabbles away from customer ears. Management also did nothing to stop it while they were there.

My favorite coffee place. If they make a mistake, they do not like to correct it and the girl I had called me a liar and told me I didn't order that drink I ordered the one she made. So sent my boyfriend back in and they gave him my correct order no charge.

My fiancé found a FLY in her matcha. There should be precautions set in place to prevent insects from getting into your food/drinks. Please stay away from this location if you value businesses that practice ANY food safety.
