Menu kinda small. The room is big enough where they could fit more tables for more people to sit down. The music is a little weird for a coffee shop but wasn’t bad. It feel like I’m in a Dunkin’ Donuts. Was kinda cold inside. My drink and sandwich was $14+ without a tip! Sandwich is pretty big but it wasn’t really hot. Kinda warmed up a little. Meat tasted a little undercooked. The drink just tastes like a cheap iced mocha. Kinda something I would grab quick from McDonald’s...
So I came to this location less than 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, and I felt really bad about it because I try so hard not to be that kind of customer. I was already planning on leaving a hearty tip for my lateness, and to my surprise the lady on the drive thru intercom was sure nice and perky, and when I pulled around I asked about their color-changing tumblers. The lady in the drive thru was so nice and she gave me her opinion and made a little conversation...
Drinks, food and atmosphere is great. However the employees haven't spoken to me whenever I go there unless they take my order. This last time they were badmouthing what I can assume was another employee in front of customers. It put me in an awkward situation listening to them belittle her.
They need to do better and keep their childish squabbles away from customer ears. Management also did nothing to stop it while they were there.
