Bases atleast once a week and the team has been great letting my wife get a kids meal because she needs a new liver and she can't and don't eat much at one time. So she doesn't like to waist food. They have the B team working tonight. Management will not allow her to get a kids meal because of her age. It's more of a money greed thing. Who cares if it's a kids meal. It's not about the money to use it's about waisting food. So we will no longer come here. Because of that. Hope they like our last bill

Have been coming for YEARS, since opening. Wings have gone so far downhill, I won't be ordering them again. Will go back for the great waitstaff and Zombie for my husband, but definitely not the wings. Wings are supposed to be what you specialize in. ??

Do yourself a favor and get the sauce on the wings, not on the side. I ordered the garlic parm on the side, and my wings were tough and chewy, and the sauce was unappetizing— their sauces are good but a totally different vibe as a dipping sauce. I didn’t even eat half my food, but I was stealing wings from my mother-in-law, who got the traditional with the sauce on.

We had a cousin dinner with our Aunts. We were in about 5pm and our waitress was the bomb. Best service my wife and I have experienced lately. And we were 12 deep. Her timing and the staffs help when our meal came out was spot on! We as a family had a great time sharing the meal and some precious memories in a great atmosphere. Thanks BWs for hospitality.

Ordered food online, would have paid online if it was offered. Went in to get my food and felt like I should tip a dollar in a garter belt. The young lady behind the counter wasn't wearing much. Arrived before the web time and the food was cold. Fries were few and old. Tip was placed on the receipt, other than cook it, I did everything else. If you are not eating in don't order carry out. What they charge vs what you would get in store are to different things. Not afraid to tip if the food was fresh! Boneless wings were so old and hard, tragic. Could have broke a tooth.

Service was ok. Drinks were ok. Nothing fancy or special about this place. It's just a sports bar franchise that serves food and has sports playing on the TVs. They were very busy. No seating available apart from the patio. The bathroom was clean. The whole parking lot was crowded.
Parking: It's hard to find a place to park on the weekends.
I had too many bad experiences at this location. From cold wings that seemed expired, to multiple wings still full of feathers. I'm not one to complain, things happen and get overlooked. I'm all for giving a restaurant multiple chances. However, this was my second time in a row with some wings full of feathers, not just one feather but many on the wings. It's disgusting, not appetizing. Somebody's cooking the wings, somebody's saucing the wings, you're telling me nobody noticed a bunch of feathers on a wing? There's no quality control obviously. I did complain this time, The manager did make it right and replaced my order... But the wings were still not good quality. I'll take my money to Wings Etc up the road, better service and quality of food.
