I have to drive 30 mins to get my order so I would hope that it is correct when I pick it up. I ordered a dry rub(buffalo), and there wasn’t any dry rub on them. They were, naked!! I also ordered some pretzel knots and they gave me three if I’m eating at the restaurant I get like 5 or 6. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Would not recommend.

They have gluten free options and they have an online menu! I got grilled tenders with Garlicky Parm sauce, tater tots and Hatch Queso with chips!! So good!

I have ordered via bdubs app and doordash and this is the first time that someone has told me that i have to go inside and get my food. if they had explained that orders placed on door dash need to be picked up inside in a polite way, i would have had no issue instead i was rudely told to go inside. as someone who works with customers on a day to day basis as well as having been a waitress before i certainly do not address customers that way.

The atmosphere at lunch was casual, only a few groups I. The restaurant at the time. Service was quick and helpful. Unfortunately the food was slightly overcooked. The wings were too crunchy, but the tator tots were fresh.

Okay so I placed a online order. I even called the restaurant. However I get there in time to where my food should have been fresh coming up fresh. It wasn't even fresh...expressed my concern to (pipper) cashier which apologized for the kitchen and how it was closing time. Fast forward I calls the restaurant and speaks to the mg. Lauren which was very rude and hung up in my face. I would NEVER REVIST this bdubs

Waited a very long time for food, and food was just warm, hard, and very little sauce. (See picture)
Food was good as expected. They didn't have any cups. How that happens is beyond me. Then they didn't have mini corndogs. These are things that I understand can happen on rare occasions, so that's not part of the sub par review. What made the experience so terrible was the service. Normally when I am at Buffalo Wild Wings I get great, fast, and friendly service. Well, that is the way it is at the Elkhart store anyways. At the Goshen store, not so much. The service was slow and terrible. I am a regular at Bdubs so I know the spiel. I practically had to do this servers job for her. Then to top is off, my drink stayed empty for about ten minutes. This is fine except for the fact that there were only 5 occupied 4 tops in the section. Take some lessons from the Elkhart store when it comes to service. They've got it on point. We won't be returning to the Goshen Bdubs ever again.
Gave them another shot tonight, and imagine that. 8 years later and still the worst Bdubs ever. Food was cold, ignored by the server, and garbage again

Our wings were so burnt they were charred and we even got shorted wings .I called back and spoke to the lady that brought the food out to us and she new exactly who I was . Her response was ( oh yeah I know that order...thats how our wings have came so no matter what we do they come out burnt..) I asked are you sure your not burning them back there ? She insisted it wasn't them .🤨🤨🤨 I also asked her if you knew they were bad wings why did you give them out..she said she had nothing to say.

Absolutely unbelievable service. Believe our barkeep’s name is Dana and she went above and beyond and every step with the small details you’d typically find at fine dining. She provided lemons with water, authentic coasters for brews and wore a smile on her face despite being busy all without us asking. Great service and great people!
