These are the rudest people that I have ever seen working in a fast food place to serve people they should be fired and new people should come in. They actually enjoy their job in serving people. These people here are rude. This is the second Burger King. I’ve been to one in Elkhart and one in Goshen that has absolutely been horrible Horrible rude people.

This is the worst Burger King location in Goshen. I have gone here previously, they completely messed up my order. While out running around, I decided to get a kids meal for both my child and I. I got the double cheeseburger kids meal, it came with one patty and none of the condiments that I asked for. The patty was overcooked and disgusting. My daughter's burger had the condiments on there, but the patty was burned. These people don't read directions, and can't seem to get orders right. It's sad that every single time I visit this location my order is completely messed up.

This may not be the best picture but these people do not wear gloves when preparing and making everyone’s food! They prepare it with their bare hands. My fries were cold, the tots were hard. The health department needs to come and check this out.

I sat at the drive thru, waiting for someone to take my order. Pretty soon another car pulled up behind me. Still waiting. Then another car pulled up in the drive thru next to me. In a short time that person pulled ahead to pay for, and pick up their order. Needless to say, I left. Won’t be going back.
