I've managed burger kings in this state and in Missouri. This is one of the best ones yet. Keep it up. Aeryona and the cook did a great job. Order was accurate (and it was fairly specific) and the food was hot and the lobby and restroom were clean.
Burger was cooked fresh, fries tasted like they had been sitting for an hour, chicken nuggets had been sitting all day. Fries were not hot, soft and soggy. Nuggets tasted stiff and tasted stale. (They tasted like cardboard.)
Avoid Burger King in the evening. Crew doesn't like to cook food fresh, rather leaving it sit, and sit, and sit, until ordered. Very disappointing.

Went there tonight whopper Jr's cold chessey tots cold snack wrap made with big shell so was all shell .Guess I will spend the extra money and keep going to culvers.Foods always fresh and hot

Pulled into the drive thru, she said be with you in a bit, another car pulled up in the other lane she took their order, so we waited another car pulled up she took their order. We left. Don’t say it’s because she didn’t see us she told us she’d be with us in a bit. Apparently they need a manager that does their job making sure their employees do their job right. God help this country if that’s the best we have.

I go to this Burger King all the time but here lately it has been very bad. First time ask for no tomatoes extra onions got tomatoes Little Onion. Second time there had hair on my burger, third time had hair on my granddaughter burger. Fourth time didn't get all my food. We don't go there no more
