Ridiculous wait times to even put order in waiting forever to pay and the waiting for your food while employees inside are playing around. Last 3 times they screwed up our order badly plus rude

The service was pretty great. HOWEVER!! I have been sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and they have taken the other lines order 3 times while I have sat here. Very disappointed. Update, just there today still super slow service spent half an hour in the drive-thru line again

My husband and I went on our "date night" to Burger King (using coupons) and the food was nice and hot (they had the BEST fries) and the service was quick. It was a GREAT meal! We DEFINITELY will be going back to that location again???!!
Person in charge was complaining about door dash orders holding up the order process. Food was ok , though

I usually don’t leave reviews. When you’re running tight on time the last thing you want is to get fast food and find out the quality of the food is junk. This is what I found my little girl eating. Why would a restaurant serve this? If I would see this I would throw it away and make a fresh one. The burger was burned and tasted awful. Fast food joints need to step up their game. I blame this on poor management.

As far as fast food establishments go now a days this restaurant has It all!! Staff is super friendly,.... Food came fast and perfectly delicious. Definitely a hidden gem in the realm of fast food. Yes it's only Burger King but there's way more of an experience than just going to another fast food place!!

Waited at the speaker for close to 5 minutes no one said a thing, so I pulled up the the first window and the lady in the white shirt (manager) looks at me like I’m stupid and says “can I help you” and I said “I’m trying to place an order no one was speaking at the speaker box” and she said “that’s because I was helping the lady in front of you” I didn’t want to argue so I didn’t say what I wanted to say. But I wanted to say was “then you could have said “I’ll be right with you” but I didn’t even get that. She then proceeded to take my order and said “ ok I’m going to have you chill right here for a few minutes” again I didn’t say anything. 3-4 minutes later some younger lady comes and collects my change I then go to the second window which the younger lady gives me my food. I checked the bags and pull everything out and the manager comes to the window and says “is everything ok” I said “every single 4 pc nugget is cold, I wonder why that is” I thought after waiting that long that they were cooking fresh hot food, but NOPE, I was WRONG. Once I said that she just starred at me and didn’t say one word. I then looked at her and said “but that’s fine, I’ll go online and make a review” and I smiled and drove off. This lady had TWO opportunities to make it right. When I first said the nuggets were cold, instead of not saying anything she could have said “I’m sorry, I’ll put fresh ones down for you” NOPE, she didn’t say a word, I then said but that’s fine I’ll go online and make a review and get again, didn’t say ONE WORD or try and make it right she just did say ANYTHING! so I drove away. This BK is the worst one in town! Manager needs to figure things out! They had ONE person in front of me in the drive threw and she made me sit 4-5 minutes at the speaker not saying a word to me. SMH

I went through the drive thru and the girl taking orders was so rude it was uncalled for.. her greeting was order when your ready and responded with what and is that all absolutely uncalled for I literally drove off because I am not going to give my money to a company after getting treated like that for simply ordering food
