Went thru the drive thru and had a very rude encounter with the window lady. Treated her with absolute kindness and had nothing but quick and smart remarks back. Im guessing it just wasn't a good day for her but that doesnt mean ruin others. God bless.

I was going through the drive through on Saturday morning. I waited 15 minutes and nobody took my order. I drove up to the window, thinking maybe the speaker was broken and the person inside started yelling at me, saying I needed to wait until she had time to take my order & that I needed to drive around the building to the speaker. I asked her if I could speak to the manager, she informed me that she was the manager.. Quality Dining owns it. I called them to inform on my experience. I left a message and they did not care enough to call me back.

I would like to inform everyone that this location sucks and needs to be shut down! Waited almost a half an hour for 3 burgers and nobody was in line! Asked for marinara sauce for my mozzarella fries 3 times didnt get any our food was Luke warm by the time we got it they never apologized for the wait.... never going to this location again! If I had to choose to leave 0 stars I would!

Employee that was serving the fries was touching them with his bared hands. Not to mentioned he was touching his hair and headset. I waited in drive through for about 10 minutes went inside same thing , but after seeing how unsanitary everything looked, I left.

This place is never staffed adequately. I come here every so often and wait 20+ minutes for my orders as I’m always told they only have 2 staff members on site. Not worth it when McDonald’s is right down the road.
Editing 6 days later- I decided to try to give it another shot and the lady taking orders at 7:57pm on 11/3 took over 10 minutes to attempt to say hi. This place is AWFUL, would not recommend coming here. I already reported this location to corporate and recommend you do the same

We happened to stop for a quick bite at B.K. #10568 4014 Elkhart Rd.Goshen, Indiana 46526 The food was fresh, hot and tasty all worth the $18.91 that we spent. We even let the district manager (who took our order) know and to give the other hard working employees kudos! I believe that we would never ever get that kind of service at our local B.K. which is approximately 30 miles north.

I came in around 11:30 pm. Sarah was my server. The food was fresh, and she was very courteous! I rarely come to this location because it has been closed a couple times this late. I was glad they were open and so glad my food was freshly made!
