The staff is super friendly and professional, but you can tell they are fighting a lack of staffing. they are all running themselves ragged while we are at the drive through. would benefit the owners, staff, and customers if the owner added additional employees.

I stood for a while to order food, they misspelled my name(I spelled it out for the employee it's not a hard name), left out my brother's milk, yelled at my mom (she asked about why the Coca-Cola was water) and the entire time they screamed at their employees as i tried to eat. Poor Sam was yelled at for tossing a box of chicken fries on the slide thing(it was very busy) and the large lady in the front(who wasn't doing anything regardless of the growing line) yelled at him. Burger King in Dunlap sucks bad. I took a family meal coupon in, and the manager rang it up 3 times wrong. I had to let customers by me to get rang up. Finally received my food went home and the whoppers I order a special way were all wrong. I was not very happy. Good luck going

Waited for over 20 minutes at drive through to order. No one in front of me. There were only 3 cars for the inside seating area. Not sure what was going on but I eventually drove away. While I was waiting I witnessed 7 cars drive away from the drive through because of no service.
Very nice service, very kind. And great food. Have a total love for Burger King ,love the fact that there is still a play place for the kiddos. Alway a relaxing atmosphere.

Ordered food at the drive dru today and when I pulled up to the window they didn't even have my order and requested I either pull back around to reorder or come inside. Very disappointing.

10/21/2023, waited 4 minutes at drive through order lane, get to the pay window and the lady was apologetic about the wait explaining that only 3 employees were there and the rest of 2nd shift didn't even call in or show up and it's always a ongoing thing she said....so I get to the 2nd window and they didn't have my coffee I ordered so fine, then I get my food and the onion rings were cold....manager asked if I wanted to wait....yea I'll wait 5 more minutes......not....I'd say lousy management definitely....what a joke...I hope your district manager does something about it...probably wont
