I went with a group of 6 at approximately 5:30 PM on a Saturday night. We waited an appropriate amount of time for a table but once we were sat — we waited 15 minutes for a waitress/server to come get our drinks and begin the ordering process. Once 15 minutes had passed — decided to leave and at that point — the waitress finally appeared and seemed to take attitude that we got tired of waiting for her to do her job that she started bad-mouthing us to the hostess. Also — negative points for a manager who didn’t speak any English. Terrible establishment.

Alcoholic beverages did not have any alcohol in them - more flavoring than anything else and drinks were expensive! Salmon was tasteless and burnt, steak didn’t have much flavor, food wasn’t great. Appetizers were good. Service was good.

If I could put a no star I would. Chips were so oily could see the oil on them, some were soggy. Cold food after waiting 30 plus minutes. Horrible service. Steak looked burnt.

This was my first time going to Chili's as my daughter wanted to go there for her birthday. Her food seemed to be good. My ribeye was a little overcooked and not tender at all. I would say it was slightly sub-average. Loaded mashed potatoes were good and the shrimp was ok but not really tender. The service was fine.

For a Chili's feast I sat, my six-ounce steak laid where I'm at. With broccoli in piles high, I reach for spice, but none I spy!
Salt and pepper, where’d you go? Through booths of red, both high and low, I search for grinders, black and white, These sacred vessels, out of sight!
I pass the greeter’s watchful door, through realms of servers, bar and more, until at last! The quest complete, two grinders found to bless my meat!
The hunt was long, the prize was small (These should be present first of all). The steak was good, once seasoned right, but butter did escape my sight.
My husband and I have only gone to chilis twice on the last year and both times he has gotten food poisoning and thrown up. Will not be returning!!

I ordered uber eats Its just Wings and it was horrible. The food was cold hardly any sauce, dry and they didn't send the extra sauce either. The ranch container was barely covering the bottom of it maybe enough for 1 wing. The little bitty box of fries was cold too. BK gives more fries with there burgers. The big cookie was good but thats all i can say! I like Chilis food usually but when i realized these wings came from there i was surprised they were so bad! I will never order from there again! Not even any way to call and complain! Don't get these wings!!

My husband requested to come to Chili’s after his surgery. he was really looking forward to eating here today we got sat down and the waiter passed us 3 to 4 times without checking to see if we were ready to take our order. There were three tables they got seated after us, but those tables managed to get all their drinks, their appetizers and even their main entrée before we did so I called at the front and the “” manager got on the phone and told me that what the problem was in the kitchen and all the things that they had going on, but once our food finally came, that was another four or five times that the waiter ignored us didn’t refill our drinks so on and so forth. So we asked, could we just pay for the soup and pay for our drinks in the end the waiter kept the bill pretty much the same without taking off all the other things, but they did offer to take the cold food with us.! so once the way to realize the Manager had to be involved, the waiter continuously ignored us and waited on the other tables like he was doing before we brought all this to his attention! I don’t really know what’s going on with Chiles at this point, but they service is horrible and if the kitchen cannot keep up with what’s going on, then they need to find another way to serve their customers better! This experience was absolutely horrible!

I hate to leave this review but I hate that I paid so much & left a tip to get this.. fast food / restaurant I get it but geezzz yall could’ve checked or something.. I wasn’t late or anything I was walking in as they texted my food was done I live 4 mins away had my heat on blast and everything was chilly..
