We usually LOVE Chilis and have never had a bad experience until we went to the one in Goshen. We will NEVER be back. Our waitress took our order then disappeared until we were done eating. Someone else delivered our food. Most of our food was good, except for the chicken bacon ranch nachos. The chips were chewy and stale, my husband only ate a few and couldn't eat anymore because it hurt his teeth so badly. When she finally reappeared, I told her about the nachos and she did talk to the manager. We did not pay for them, but she again left for about 10 minutes before coming back. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our bill and was instructed by her to pay with the kiosk. The kiosk was not set up for.paying. I waited another 10 minutes for her to come back and finally found her in the bar talking to co-workers. She took my card and then gave me a highlighter to sign the bill. We were there at 7:30 on a Sunday night, and there were only a few tables of customers. I don't know if she's new to this field or what the deal was, but she did not seem to know what she was doing. If she is new, management needs to do a better job training. Very disappointing Chilis!

Been there 3 times and didn't even get seated, I wish I could say that the restaurant was packed, but sadly it wasn't even half full, can't raye the food or atmosphere since we didn't even get the chance to try it out.

Margaritas were what seemed like a shot glass for 8 bucks
I went with a group of 6 at approximately 5:30 PM on a Saturday night. We waited an appropriate amount of time for a table but once we were sat — we waited 15 minutes for a waitress/server to come get our drinks and begin the ordering process. Once 15 minutes had passed — decided to leave and at that point — the waitress finally appeared and seemed to take attitude that we got tired of waiting for her to do her job that she started bad-mouthing us to the hostess. Also — negative points for a manager who didn’t speak any English. Terrible establishment.

Alcoholic beverages did not have any alcohol in them - more flavoring than anything else and drinks were expensive! Salmon was tasteless and burnt, steak didn’t have much flavor, food wasn’t great. Appetizers were good. Service was good.

If I could put a no star I would. Chips were so oily could see the oil on them, some were soggy. Cold food after waiting 30 plus minutes. Horrible service. Steak looked burnt.
