After a 300-mile travel day and our family has limited choices because we have a gluten-free kid... I expected better. Typically, Chipotle delivers after a long day like this. But not today.
The food was OK, but I got a lot of attitude when I asked for just one person in my order to have a chicken quesadilla. I was told they only do those for online orders. I thought she was kidding at 1st. I ended up making a bowl and going home and making a quesadilla out of the bowl ingredients for my 14 year old son.
I placed 7 meal orders. I felt like I was treated as a complete inconvenience by the one staff member. After that, bowls were thrown together.

I have gotten the wrong order the last two times I have went in the past week. Also service can vary, there’s been times I’m sitting at the window for 15 mins for pick up and no one comes.

First time every trying chipotle, first impression was feeling like a bother… ordered and the food was okay, expensive but good portion. Confusing menu, not very much help understanding the kids meals, a lot of unanswered questions about sides etc. Very dirty, almost every table wasn’t clean…. Sucks because I could go back and enjoy the food but don’t want to bother the workers…

Worst experience here— I asked for extra rice and it seems like I got a minimal amount of every ingredient in my bowl… including rice. I sat for almost 10 minutes at the Chipotlane before I was helped.
Dirty, even where they serve the food is a mess.

Chips were stale, and everytime I order a burrito and add extra meat there is always barely any meat.
No cheese in my burrito, maybe that's just a preference?
