When we went it took 7mins to be waited on because she had like 8 on line orders I get it ok u have to get them done but they really need to have another production line for the online orders like the other places do so this way it's not jamming up the people that are physically at the store. Just thought ya all might want to look into I mean it took so long here that the line was like halfway to the door and people were sitting down waiting. Not good at all

Walked in right away noticed EVERY single table was nasty!! One couple behind us went the restrooms and got a rag and cleaned their own table just to sit down. I actually got my food to go because no tables were cleaned and there was Not A single customer on the dining room sitting! But there were like 7 employees working…. I guess that’s still not enough employees to have ONE bust tables. When I got to register to pay I asked how to scan for my points and the register lady looked annoyed I even asked. Well once I scanned it I asked if it worked and she said yes but IT DIDNT cause I still have yet to see my rewards in the app. DO BETTER!!!!!!

I order ahead on the App here most always now. Food is always hot and ready when I arrive. Clerks are friendly and orders are accurate. The one thing I would caution everyone with is the drive itself has 2 manhole covers that creates a huge bump in your vehicle.. i always drive around that part of the drive thru lane. FYI. Thanks !!

Last night I came into the store. It was very busy, waited about 15-20 mins in line… but I get that. However upon finally being waited on, I get asked what type of meat did I want and I POINTED to a portion of steak AVAILABLE and requested it. The crew member tells me okay and AS HES ABOUT TO SCOOP, the manager on the salsa side STOPS HIM and picks up the pan and throws it own the back table. She says “I can’t serve you that” I’m sorry????? I ask why, she looks at the CO WORKER and says “I need this for DML”. I tell her I am a customer that has been waiting and paying just like the other customer that isn’t right. She just looks at me (knowing this was an issue for me) and says “sorry but I can’t give it to you we are out”. It was a busy night so I know that one portion wasn’t saving anything so why refuse giving it to me when it was an option?? It’s not my fault you can’t run the shift successfully and not be out of food! I would have even waited but I guess they just called it quits on steak almost an hour prior to close because that was not even an option. ‘DML’ should not be priority over other paying customers. That was the rudest chipotle encounter I have ever had. Walked out never visiting again.

The food here was delicious but the girl serving the food was rude and unfriendly. And the place was so loud you could barely have a conversation with the people who were there with me.

I’m beyond frustrated with the Chipotle in Goshen, IN. I placed an online order for a chicken bowl, and let me tell you, it was a complete ripoff. The bowl was barely filled when I picked it up — and I'm talking about a massive lack of chicken. I took 3-4 bites, and there was almost no chicken to be found. The rest of the bowl was just filled with rice, beans, and other ingredients that I asked for. I literally couldn’t even finish it.
This isn’t the first time either. The last time I ordered online, it was the same deal — the bowl was hardly filled compared to what you get when you order in-person. They clearly skimp on the portions for online orders, and it’s honestly ridiculous. I paid $16 for what felt like scraps. If you’re planning to order from here, just save yourself the headache and find another place to eat or pick a different Chipotle location 🤣. Online ordering is a complete joke at this location. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
