well... this is a culvers i will avoid going forward. i went in drive thru tonight and ended up with a watery shake, only 4 burnt pretzel bites, and a half filled cheese cup. over $23 for half a meal and some that couldn't even be eaten. it was disgusting. i might avoid all culvers now going foward from this one experience, IT WAS THAT BAD

I’ve been coming to this Culver’s often instead of the Warsaw locations which are much closer, and while the entire staff at this store is consistently friendly and welcoming, Ariana truly stands out. She goes above and beyond every single time. She remembers my name and my order, which might seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and shows how much she cares about the people who walk through the door. Ariana makes this place feel less like a restaurant and more like family. Her positivity, professionalism, and kindness set the tone for the whole staff. Because of her, I always leave with a smile and that’s why I keep coming back. Culver’s is lucky to have her!
