Friendly staff and a clean restaurant! They're very quick with getting orders out.
Edit: The last couple of times, the staff running the till has had trouble with counting change correctly. Maybe it's a shift in what teens are learning but counting change is important. The young man that did my transaction yesterday handed me the money I had given him plus some extra change.
Maybe a refresher or lesson on money counting would help? Idk, still great a place to go!

Placed a curbside order. Got there a few mins after it was supposed to be ready. Texted here and it said they would bring my order out shortly. After over 10 minutes waiting I flagged one of the employees down who was bringing out drive thru orders. He went in and came back with my order. Food was cold and it does not taste well cold. We ended up throwing most of it away. Was definitely a waste of money. I thought I was going to save myself time by ordering ahead but it actually took me longer to get my food then the people at the drive thru. Disappointing experience.

I asked to buy a single grilled chicken patty. I wanted to make a “double grilled chicken sandwich” The lady charged me $6.31 for it. I assumed she just rang me up for another sandwich. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I understand that the food is already expensive as is, this is ridiculous.

My shake was extremely thin, like chocolate milk really.
Please have employees double check order before they bring it out. I got everything except large fries. I got home when I realized. I work at Morryde packaging and that place sucks dick and I get how thing are fast but please double check order before bringing it out to costumer

They treat their employees like trash. They simply don't care about the people they rely on to support the company. I over heard a lady manager trash talking about others to a new employee I hadn't seen before. Very unprofessional! I refuse to eat here again! It's also expensive and seems to be no different than any other FF restaurant. Why should I support a company like this?

I had a fish sandwich, it was good, and the turtle ice cream, but this ice cream is too sweet, it has toasted nuts and three cajeta and chocolate are good, maybe that makes it too sweet.
Kid-friendliness: Yes for the hamburgers and potatoes and ice cream
