I’ve been coming to this Culver’s often instead of the Warsaw locations which are much closer, and while the entire staff at this store is consistently friendly and welcoming, Ariana truly stands out. She goes above and beyond every single time. She remembers my name and my order, which might seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and shows how much she cares about the people who walk through the door. Ariana makes this place feel less like a restaurant and more like family. Her positivity, professionalism, and kindness set the tone for the whole staff. Because of her, I always leave with a smile and that’s why I keep coming back. Culver’s is lucky to have her!

Friendly staff and a clean restaurant! They're very quick with getting orders out.
Edit: The last couple of times, the staff running the till has had trouble with counting change correctly. Maybe it's a shift in what teens are learning but counting change is important. The young man that did my transaction yesterday handed me the money I had given him plus some extra change.
Maybe a refresher or lesson on money counting would help? Idk, still great a place to go!
