No thanks or sorry. Drive around almost hitting 4 teens (one in DQ uniform) vaping with the back door wide open. Line was busy behind me. And I can see why.

I called in to place an order for an ice cream cake for my boyfriend he doesn’t like the chocolate ice cream so I said can I do both vanilla but still have the chocolate crunch stuff in the middle. The person over the phone said yeah we can I’m like okay. Keep in mind I payed around $35 for this cake I got home cut into it it’s full vanilla. I remember specifically asking for the chocolate in the middle because that’s both of our favorite part. I called the store and the manager took my information and said he had to leave it for the general manager because he couldn’t do anything about it. This was a week ago I’ve been waiting for them to contact me.

Terrible customer service. Came in my family and didn't receive part of my order. Asked about a couple of times. After forty five minutes from when we arrived still didn't get my food. Asked for a refund and was argued with and told I was wrong even though my receipt showed food I paid for and didn't receive. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Employees on October 28 at 8:54pm were extremely rude and snarky. We had a big group but we were all very respectful and polite to them and understanding of their rush and mistakes. They made loud rude comments about us and were very unkind and snarky in addressing both us children and our adult chaperone. Not only did the food take forever, which would not have been a problem if their attitude hadn’t been so above and beyond. But the looks they gave us while serving us was beyond acceptable.

Walked in and my feet was sticking to the floors dirty . I placed my Royal Reese Blizzard .. she never turned it up side down because it was all ready melting .. then when I started to eat it I found very little Reese’s in it to much Marshmallow with in 3 to 5 min the thing was half way melted ice cream was never frozen .. rip off
