Ordered 2 6pc strip baskets thru drive thru. Gal at the window (was told she was mgmt but refused to give first name) shorted $7 in change n got disgusted when I pointed that out to her..then I'm asked to pull forward n park they'll bring my order out to me. It never happened. After bout 30 min of waitin n now seein ppl come n go while I'm still waitin..so I go inside (which is difficult for me as I'm over 70 n have bad knees n recent shoulder surgery) only to have this same gal get really rude sayin I thought u already got it...as if I was lyin to them ... my family n I frequent DQ on a very regular basis..however I will NEVER go to this location again n would not recommend any one else go there either...it's by far the worst DQ...I have grandkids to young to get jobs that r more mature n respectful than the mgmt at this location....shame on them n those that allow it to continue bein run this way

Ran by kids. Blizzard poorly made, started melting right away. No flavor to it. Asked to make it again she slammed the window. Came back handed the new one to me and slammed the window shut again. No thanks or sorry. Drive around almost hitting 4 teens (one in DQ uniform) vaping with the back door wide open. Line was busy behind me. And I can see why.

Ice cream soft to the point they dont want to flip it. No one has any customer skills, they talk, mess around and everyone acts like its someone's else's job to do something. Very disappointed

I called in to place an order for an ice cream cake for my boyfriend he doesn’t like the chocolate ice cream so I said can I do both vanilla but still have the chocolate crunch stuff in the middle. The person over the phone said yeah we can I’m like okay. Keep in mind I payed around $35 for this cake I got home cut into it it’s full vanilla. I remember specifically asking for the chocolate in the middle because that’s both of our favorite part. I called the store and the manager took my information and said he had to leave it for the general manager because he couldn’t do anything about it. This was a week ago I’ve been waiting for them to contact me.

Asked for a refund and was argued with and told I was wrong even though my receipt showed food I paid for and didn't receive. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
