Tried to tell one of the employees that it smelled like there was a gas leak inside but they brushed it off like I'm delusional lol. I'm a mechanic so I know certain smells of stuff like that but what do I know. This was at the Pike Street location btw.

The long haired girls that work here are rude. The pop machine isn't working and they didn't tell us this so they could get us some from the other side. Rude rude rude. I will remember to never come here again. It is 1147 on Nov 3. They are telling at each other and messing around behind the counter. Worst service ever

We got charged for water. It's the first time. Employee, Andrea H, just said it was for the cup. Also, most of the tables were dirty. They weren't busy so the employees had time to clean the tables, but failed to do so. Instead they were just chitchating.

Picked up a mobile order and was told they didn't have gravy for the chicken strip basket, no problem. Asked for BBQ sauce in place of it. Get home no sauce...Nice, friendly staff though we all forget things sometimes.

They were swearing at each other even when there was like a six-year-old there. Worst Dairy Queen I’ve had in a while.

Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets in the drive thru and when I get back one had very little feta and one had none at all. Well worth the $22

Waited 15 minutes for a cheese burger in the drive thru. Never again I could have went somewhere else got my food and eaten it before i got it. 1 star wasn't low enough
