The staff are super friendly and helpful. And full disclosure, I did not try a sub from there yet. I did, however, have a smoothie. It was okay but I was rather disappointed, especially the price we paid for it. The piña colada one is pretty good, but the strawberry one was not. They don't use actual fruit, just pour syrupy stuff from a jug. If they used fresh fruit for their fruit smoothies, I would be more inclined to recommend them and return, especially given the price...
