I love having a Dunkin' Donuts on this side of town. The staff is always friendly.
Today, my husband and I purchased some donuts. He got a jelly filled donut and I had a 10 Munchkins. The donut and the Munchkins was just tossed in a single bag together. I mentioned to the clerk about having a box for the Munchkins and was told they were out. Every time I get Munchkins at this location, they are always just tossed in the bag. Continuously having to reach into the large bag to grab out a Munchkin while driving is unacceptable. I would prefer the Munchkins and the donut in different packages inside the bag.
The donuts are usually not very fresh. This location should learn how to make donuts from the Dunkin' Donuts location on Pike street. Their donuts are always fresh no matter the time of the day.

Terrible service! When I enter the store, I usually order from the display, and it takes a while to process the order even though they don't have other customers. And another thing... they never have the flavor of the donuts you order.

First day, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagle sandwich. The first one came out chewy and burnt. Replacment was just burnt. Second day, bagel with cream cheese. First bagel effectively had a layer of charcoal on the bread. The replacement was burnt and chewy. I've never seen such poor quality from a Dunkin, just this Dunkin.
The coffee was decent. The bagel was a little burnt on the edges. No big deal, it was still edible. I just wish they offered some kind of sauce with it. The hashbrowns tasted a bit freezer burnt. The apple cider donut was ok. The staff seemed nice and everything was ready quickly. I'll stick to the avocado toast with bacon, though.

Outstanding people who provide GREAT SERVICE, AWESOME FOOD AND DRINKS. Due to nature of my job, I always coming to a DD for a breakfast 5-6 days a week. Sometimes twice a day. What can I say? I love the food and I love the people who works there! I always stop by for my favorite combo: sourdough breakfast sandwich, large coffee and few donuts. The people who works there are: professional, nice, efficient and make you feel appreciated as a customer!
