Great place, people are friendly. Good beer.
It’s is hard to believe that going there at 6:15 on a Wednesday night would result in being TOTALLY ignored for 25 minutes. I’m sorry I had to leave before I got to try any of the food or beer. I’m appalled that this is acceptable customer service!
We love GBCo! We love talking to Juan, he is so funny and nice! I highly recommend the cider made from Kercher's apples!
Best beertender ever!!!! Kevin knocked it out of the park!!!!
A local favorite, a great rotation of beer, along with good food and love music some nights.
Had never been here before.the hotel recommended it... Fantastic drinks. And was Pad Thai Tuesday so the food was really good as well.
Great beer and service
Id heard great things about this place and am happy to report that they are all true!
It is somewhat of an open seating type of place. So there is some outdoor seating, indoor seating that has like open areas so it’s half inside half out, and then fully inside seating. There are no servers just runners and bartenders. You order at the bar, get a number, take it to your table. Menus can be found at the reception or at either of the bars.
They have a limited menu because it’s seasonal. We ordered the heirloom
Bruschetta which comes with a full ball of burrata! I highly recommend it even though I expect it will be off the menu soon. It’s also served with a hearty bread they make in house which is fantastic.
For my main I ordered the skirt steak and avocado salad it was excellent! I highly recommend it if you see it on the menu. My other dining partners ordered the Cobb salad which comes with smoked chicken and deliciously cooked bacon, also recommend. As well as the brisket sandwich which was also very good, the meat was cooked perfectly though you may want to ask for extra barbecue sauce.
The water is pretty cool. You need to go up close to the second bar and there is a spigot or a tap that you released the water from into metal cups. If you want ice, you have to ask the bartender.
They don’t currently have cider right now, but it says that it’s fermenting so they should have it soon. Overall, a 10 out of 10 I absolutely recommend and it would be perfect to go on a beautiful day when you’re not busy to really enjoy the outdoor seating they have.
The only thing capable of passing the quality of the beer is the excellence of the food. 10/10
First time I went it was a wrap up party for Riverbend film festival the food was fantastic 😊 hospitality was great 👍

If you are not a local you are not welcome here. Stood around not greeted by anyone for over 20 minutes like I was just supposed to know how everything worked and that because it was Tuesday there was no other food available. Very unsettling place felt like I wasn't supposed to be there so I left.
Great space. Nice staff. The beer selection was very heavy into IPAs but we found a cider and a porter that were quite palatable.
Great atmosphere, food and beer!
