Hacienda Mexican Restaurants

Never had a manager argue with customers 🤣 my husband has been ordering the original wet burrito with ground beef , no lettuce and no tomato for a minimal of 15 years at Hacienda. Well today we brought it to the managers attention that there were big chunks of onions in his wet burrito at which she argued onions always have come in the wet burrito… He let her know that that’s the only thing he ever eats at Hacienda and there’s never been onions in it before and she said I’ve worked here for 20 years There’s always been onions in the wet burritos. She ended the conversation with “for future orders don’t order the wet burrito if you don’t like onions because they come in it”

So expensive for an (one) order of fajitas!! It was over $19. And no chips includes!! We get a double order of fajitas with chips from our hiome town authentic Mexican restaurant for $22. Food was good but not a good value. So disappointed!

Lena is the best waitress ever! Never out of chips or salsa, and never thirsty!! We ask for her every time!

Our first time eating at Hacienda, Chips are amazing ! Salsa is so so but asked for the hot salsa much better and was amazing. We all got beef Chimichangas and loved them we were so stuffed. Staff was great too.

Ate here for the first time in a long time. Food was really good and the service was amazing. Maddi made our visit interesting in the most positive way possible. She was cery engaging and her service was just flawless altogether.

I would do like to acknowledge two ladies at the Goshen Hacienda. Wendy and Sherry—who welcome people as they arrive—are both very friendly and welcome people with a smile. I also noticed how they pitch in to help in the dining room when it appears that they’re short on waitresses or waiters. Both have also helped me with carry-out orders. I appreciate their hard-working values and dedication!

Sat for 2 hrs and no food. Got up and left!

We had a party of 8 and they did a great job getting us seated and drinks right away. Food was served quickly and it was delicious!

I had never gone to Hacienda ever and the first time I go I had the worst experience I’ve had in dining, I’ve never been one to write a review but this time I felt beyond upset. Me and a couple of friends attended last night as soon as we get there the host who is supposed to be the first impression of the restaurant was rude. She seemed annoyed and when we started walking in just because we stepped a few steps ahead passive aggressively said “you know where you’re headed” that for me already gave me a bad outlook of the place. Secondly we get sat, dismissively might I say, and we have two servers staring us down and then the girl complains in front of us how she just got sat and she shouldn’t have got another table. So the host comes back up to us and moves us after we had already sat down just because the server, out loud, spoke out. Then we order a queso dip and it’s not even hot had to get it reheated. My friend orders a margarita as his drink then later on he orders a singular shot of tequila. He proceeds to ask for another one a bit later and the server asks him if he’s driving and that “he’s being goofy”. We were just some friends out for a dinner and hang out, we were just having a good time that’s all, only 2 of us were drinking. We let her know that and said we had all carpooled together. Still she refused like that’s crazy especially when we’re already paying 8$ a shot and confirmed he’s not driving like he had a mixed drink and a single shot nothing crazy all because we were having a good time with each others company. At this point we’re all enraged along with all the other things we had to deal with from our experience. My friend has been going there a while he invited us all there brought three new customers and we all left furious, more so him because he’s a regular and he spoke well about the place only to be the one let down the most. I’m not sure if it’s because we were a young table or why we got treated so poorly it was ridiculously I am never going back and definitely don’t recommend. Hope this gets fixed because with poor service like this you won’t retain any customers.

Just orderd the “taste of hacienda” chimichangas had no meat inside. Nothing but air and bread.. shrinkflation is real!
