Went through the drive through this morning at 7 am. I wanted to order a chicken biscuit for breakfast. I was informed that it was a la carte. I was ok with that. The employee then stated just to let you know, it’s a 4- minute wait. I was ok with the wait. Then I ordered hash browns and drink. Employee then stated, just to let you know the drink and hash browns are both extra. At this point I asked the employee if she didn’t want me to order these items! Congratulations, you talked me out of it or ever returning! Poor CS for sure!

I went to the link provided. I gave my info and then I got an email a few days later but the link on that email didn’t work right. It only prompted me to download the app and that’s it

Good service, fast and friendly. Haven’t been lucky with Hardee’s in a while but this one was very good. I’ll be back
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Jeana was so horrible starting with her poor customer service. I asked kindly to the cashier if I can get my food freshly dropped once my order was being taken. I was told that tenders had just been dropped after I paid and I said okay as long as it is freshly hot. I come back from loves back to Hardee’s and Jeana is showing poor customer service by making comments as I walked away. Once I received my food guess what it wasn’t fresh. She rudely made comments and showed poor customer service as I’m telling her that my food wasnt hot, while along she teaching her other employee to do the same. She shouldn’t work in customer service if she can not provide what’s necessary to be in service, she showed just horrific character and she does not need to work in this industry with that poor attitude and tone.
