I dropped an entire tray of food and a soft drink while getting mustard. It made a huge mess and if you've ever spilled or dropped something in a restaurant you know it is mortifying. Three employees swooped in and were so kind and reassuring. They were kind and quick and really helped ease my embarrassment. Delicious pretzels, nice environment and AMAZING crew!
