I had arrived @ 10A.M. The posted hours on the entry door had stated that they open 10.A.M. But when i had tried to enter the business there was a tiny sticky note stuck on the door that had said " Will open @ 11A.M. today. so i had toughed it out and waited outside until 11 and then an employee had come to the door and switched pout the sticky note for another one that said 'Will open @ 11:30am today. which is ridiculous because the employees had seen me arrive @ 10a.m. i don't normally write reviews like this but today was my Brother's Birthday & he had asked for me to stop and get him a pretzel from his favorite pretzel place & bring it to him at work. Which i was not able to do because of this inconvenience. Please resolve this issue JoJo's i don't want to have to take My Business elsewhere (Ben's Soft Pretzel)

The staff is rude and acts so bored to be there. I’ve never had slower service, we ordered a drink and two pretzels and it took almost 30 minutes. More and friendly staff are needed - it was such a disappointing experience.

Great pretzels.. (5stars for pretzels) kids enjoy going but the workers always have the bathroom closed and ask that you go across the street to use theirs. Makes It difficult to enjoy with small kids... you shouldn't have to beg to use a restroom In a food establishment.

Jo Jo's are the BEST soft pretzels around! So good! They are always friendly and great atmosphere. Stop here if going through Goshen!

The best pretzel ? place in Indiana!It’s worth the drive. It even has a cute little patio sitting outside as well. We went on a rainy day or we would of sat outside. They also have an amazing chicken salad sandwich, giant fresh pretzels, pretzel bites, pretzel hot dog, soups of the day and much more one of my favorite places down town.
