I wish I could give 0 stars for service and atmosphere. The Famous bowl was good, but the cherry pie bites were under done and doughy. There were at least 3 cars ahead of me waiting for their food. The man in front of me went in to get his food, telling me on his way in that he'd been waiting 45 minutes for 2 Famous bowls. All of the drive-thru people eventually made their way in to get their food, including me. Inside, the dining room was dark and empty of people. The front was full of people waiting for their food. It took a ridiculously long time for the food to be served. People waiting to place an order were ignored, unless they spoke up. In general it was dirty, but the floors were filthy. I've been going here for years. Just shocked at the service tonight and conditions.

The food was ok, but the older lady taking our order was rude and not helpful at all. It was obvious she didn’t want to be there. We told her to cancel something on our order but she did not so we ended up paying for something we didn’t want. I don’t plan on going back to this KFC.

Went to Goshen indiana kfc. Ordered 3 PC original tender meal. The sign had for 7.00. 3 pcs tender, side, drink and 2 sauces. Go to window Try to charge 10.49. Told her sign said 7.00. Manager came out saw and told me she had no button for it do could not give drink with it! What?? This was the craziest unprofessional place I have ever been. Needless to say no kfc for me.

We will never order anything from this restaurant again a few months ago there wasn’t any chicken. Really at KFC? And today manager really rude! Called in a few times no answer. When they finally picked up. I was answered by a rude manager. I had made my Order at 3:30 pm and called in at 5 pm and he said that they hadn’t even started ! Manager making smart remarks when I had asked respectfully how long he would take. He’s like well I can’t if I’m on the phone with you, un called for.

I arrived at the store to pick up an order and the manager told me it was for this person and he asked me if I knew and showed me the receipt with a face that he didn't like. Latinos. Let's see if they can be taught some manners.
