First off the facility was gross, the floors were sticky, the walls were a nasty unwashed yellow, the seats and tables look like they have not been clean in weeks. The kitchen was dirty. They gave me a large cup for my drink and the cup was dirty. On top of that they forgot 4 of our biscuits and our chicken tender box. Will never go to this place again. They need the health department called on them immediately and a saw staff brought in. Absolutely awful!!

It was dirty the tables were dirty.The floor was sticky.The bathroom was disgusting and it smelled really bad in there.I will never go back there the height chair was discussingly had to clean it before he sat in it

i got the 7$ meal deal which i get whenever i go to a kfc for now. i waited maybe 10 minutes after paying for food which isnt to bad at all. my chicken was decently warm but greasy. the mashed potatoes were good as was the biscuit but the poppers came in this random wrap of paper? not sure what thats about.

We were so happy to have KFC in Goshen, since they left Elkhart.
We went last night, got the 12pc. Family Pack. The gentleman came out and said the biscuits would be 6 minutes longer, would we like something else or wait? We said dessert. We were given chocolate cake. We were very pleased.
This place has really gone downhill! Service was terrible. Things were not clean. Equipment was broken. Just didn't look like anybody cares anymore.
