My chicken wasn't cooked all the way fries tasted like grease that's been in there for 6 years. Ask for my money back and they said they can't give me a refund. Ridiculous! Definitely don't come here ever!

Food is okay, but after 7:00 p.m. They stopped making food.. You can't do food delivery after 7:00.
I'm here right now. Waiting on a delivery. It just depends on the day.. dumb
And they're making all of this food with their bare hands touching bowls and lids .. Gross!
What happened to KFC being Open until 10:00 like it actually says online?? And what happened to being clean??
And if you don't want doordash or Uber eats support after 7pm, tell the companies.... Why do you continue to allow it.. and today it's okay?
Update: They continue to not wear gloves, touching the inside of the bowls with their hands before making them....

I always liked KFC & was excited to hear they got the wedges back. Unfortunately they aren't the same as before & agent very good. I don't believe this kfc has changed their oil in the fryer in months. The chicken nuggets was very dark & the wedges are very greasy. I miss the old KFC. Also had to wait about 20 mins for our food, was missing our biscuits.

I love the fact we still have a KFC. The workers can seem a tad scatter brained at times and not organized w/the order that orders come in. We usually have to wait a while, while others after us get their food or we get ours before others that were there before us waiting on the same stuff. I love the deals.
We arrived to pick up an online order around 7:10 to find out they didn't have pretty much anything that we had ordered. I asked if we could cancel the order and was told we needed to do it through the app. We weren't able to because they had marked that it was ready for pick up, so I asked if they were cooking more chicken, I would wait. They said that they don't cook chicken after 7pm. They close at 10. This place is a joke.

How is it possible that Kentucky fried flipping chicken, the mother of fried chicken restaurants! doesn't have not even 4 pieces of chicken cooked at opening? And the guy at this drive thru has the personality of algae.

Had to go inside for door dash even though i was in the drive thru and it could've saved us all time to just give it to me there. But whatever. I was surprised it was still open because all the kfc in elkhart is now closed down.
