I live nearby and have given this location 5 chances to not suck. Every single time, the entire experience sucks. Even ordering a mobile order for pickup, the food wasn’t ready for 20 mins at the drive thru, while we were the ONLY CAR THERE. Employees are rude and dismissive, every single time. Save yourself a headache and just drive across the little parking lot to Culver’s :)

This is the worst McDonald's, I have ever been to. All categories. All the issues I've observed pull up to drive threw, on a Sunday at 10 pm. They say we're closed! 2 cars in line, and you wait 15 min., to get a wrong order. Ordered 1 thing and was wrong. They never say anything. Just look at you and hand your bag to you. Never give the price till you get to the window, or you pull up to Order, and they say pull forward. Then you order at the window. I know what a lot of the problem is. So if we go to McDonald's we drive clear to the other side of town. They need to shut the Lincolnway east one down. Or get someone in there to fix the problem. Walk them out if they don't have a better work ethic than that.

What a joke! First time to this location. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. Thought to myself okay no biggie at least food will be fresh... Jokes on me. Wife ordered chicken sandwich and small fry. Sandwich came out like mayo had been applied with a cement truck and Fries where cold. I ordered the mcdouble meal. Burger had no ketchup or pickle. Meat was cooked by the surface of the sun and felt like I was chewing asphalt. Again, fries ice cold and unsalted. Nuggets were way overcooked and cold to boot. Son ordered 10 piece meal. Same thing there. Overcooked and cold nuggets, cold unseasoned fries. 20 minutes worth of waiting to piss hard earned money down the drain on crappy food. Will not be returning to this location again.

8:30 in the morning and the Mcgriddle tasted like it was made the day before. The girl at the window was rude and also didn't stir the iced coffee until I asked her too. This used to be one of the better McDonalds in the area.

I must be a gluten for punishment. I go to McDonald's once or twice a week for breakfast here in Goshen and the wait at the drive thru is always just unreal. They regularly make you sit at the drive-thru waiting to order for an average of at least 5 minutes almost every time with no acknowledgment. Well I got tired of waiting today and decided to drive up to the window to place my order and the young redheaded lady was upset with me because I didn't order back by the menu board. I explained I was waiting there for 7 minutes and wasn't sure at that point if the speaker was working. She says yes it is and I can't take your order here you have to drive back around in order the right way. That's of course when I just drove off and went to Burger King. It's clear they have no intention of fixing this problem and I'm tired of the headache so I'll be giving BK a chance and hope for the best. 02/07/2025
