Bad experience at this McDonald's. My food wasn't good. The fries seemed double fried, overdone, darker than normal. The QuarterPounder with cheese was lukewarm. Ordered at kiosk. When food was delivered to table, employee forgot the fries and I had to ask for them. Very disappointed.

We only ordered 3 things and all I can hear is employees yelling and saying bad words in Spanish to other coworkers. Also really slow service I really don’t recommend going here. I always see people standing and arguing on who does what every time go there.

Closest McDonald’s to me. Most times, they get the order right and there are no issues. But, there are a few times that they had a lot of errors that could be either small or as big that can cause harm to people in my family. The smallest error could be missing items or include items that were removed via a request. However, multiple times there has been an error regarding their soft drinks. There have been multiple times that the diet products were in fact not that item, which could cause severe health problems for the diabetic people in my family. They usually ask me to get them nothing or just a drink and that issue luckily didn’t end up being catastrophic. It feels like a 50/50 gamble whether they mess up or not, so just double check your order if you don’t do so already.

When we got to the pick-up window an employee even confirmed our drink order twice, yet it was still terrible. We both got iced coffees, one tasted like water, the other had 3x the amount of French vanilla syrup, it was horribly sweet.
The food was mid, my spouse got his meal fine. However I ordered a bacon egg McMuffin and for some reason it was made with mayo (and I hate mayo).
Do not go to this McDonald’s!

Have had many problems with the service here. They have left things out of my orders more than a couple of times. Today I went there and ordered a mcchicken using a code on the mobile app. The person of the speaker accepted the code and my phone showed that they accepted my code. They said my name, showing my code was accepted. I go to pick up my order, I get a 4 piece strips, which I also ordered, but no mcchicken. I asked the lady at the window who was the manager for my mcchicken, but she said that I didn't order a mcchicken. I look at my receipt and sure enough, it's not on there. But instead of helping me order it again, she told me to go all the way through the line again or go inside and order it. I only have a 30 min lunch break, I can't do that. I won't be heading back here unless things change. That manager has always been rough. Whoever owns this place needs to make some changes to management. I like mcdonalds because it is cheap and has decent food. There's no excuse for why the service is this bad here.
