Not sure what changes have occurred at this store usually slow and unorganized. Today's take out order was served hot, fresh and right! Staff wasn't rude like usual, but could use some smiles! Great job today!

The second drive thru doesn’t work and it makes it hard to get my food fast they never fix it
Must use kiosk. To order food. I have never used kiosk don't know how to use kiosk don't want to use kiosk. She said then you won't get food then I said I'm going next door to Subway

Chicken sandwich was like leather so we asked for a mcdouble no onions for a replacement and there were onions on it and we went back inside and finally got a sandwich right after the MANAGER WAS RUDE AND SAID NECT TIME KNOW WHAT YOU WANT . Now my meal was $10.36 the only thing right was the sprite. Never again!!!

Ordered at kiosk they are supposed to bring your food out instead they just stand at counter and roar out your table number. The fries were under cooked my quarter pounder was burnt to a crisp. I would understand more if they were busy but I was the only person in the place. Everyone is too worried about social media on their phones than doing their jobs.
