I had to order my food and drink on the kiosk but that’s okay they were busy I had ordered at 4:05. After waiting over 20 minutes I finally got my food and cups for my drinks when I went to go fill up my drinks all around the soda machine it was dirty soda all around it. You could tell that it has been sitting there for hours. When I got home (I only live 5 minutes away) all the food (mcchicken triplecheeseburger nuggets and a McDouble)I ordered Was cold didn’t have any warmth to it. So I called the store at 4:40- 4:50 pm because they didn’t want to pick up the phone. Finally after calling 13 times the manager finally picks up the phone. I told her my food was cold she said that is impossible bc she had just dropped the meat after I had ordered my food which I know wasn’t true bc she is the one who handed me my food and was just standing most of the time trying to ignore us. I had then told her I know what all the food looks like when they are fresh because I have worked at McDonald before so I know what fresh food looks and feels like. Not to mention the fries weren’t fully cooked. She had tried to say that I was wrong and I don’t know what fresh food looks like and feels like so then I had asked for what her name was and she said no I don’t have to tell you what my name is so I had to respond back and say yes you do bc one you are an manager and you work at the McDonald. So she proceeds to end the call after I said that I will call the manager in the morning

McDonald's as a whole, isn't bad! it's the crappy bad attitude coming from the short haired heavy set girl that is super lazy and very very rude!! She has no real work ethic! This isn't the first time I've had issues with her! She has been awful a handful of times!

TODAY IS FEBRUARY 19, 2025 I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR WHEN THEY DESERVE NO STARS BUT HAVE TO GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR TO DO REVIEW. THEY REFUSED TO SERVE MY SON AND ME WHEN WE ASKED IF THEY COULD WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING OUR FOOD. WE WERE VERY POLITE ABOUT IT. THEY SAID THEY DON'T WEAR GLOVES UP FRONT ONLY IN BACK. WHICH FOOD IS PREPARED IN BACK. THAN THEY SAID IF ALLERGIC THAN WE SHOULD JUST EAT AT HOME. THE LADY SAID SHE WON'T SERVE US BECAUSE WE ARE WHITE AND DON'T SHOWER BECAUSE SHE KNOWS OUR TYPE. REFUSED TO GIVE US THE STORE ID NUMBER TO MAKE COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE. SHE ALSO SAID YOU TRYING WORKING HERE FOR $11 A HOUR. I WORKED FAST FOOD FOR ALOT LESS. BY THE WAY WE SHOWER DAILY. SHE SAID ALL WHITE PEOPLE NEVER SHOWER AND ARE DIRTY THIS EMPLOYEE WAS CUSSING ALSO. THEY REFUSED TO LET US SEE THE MANAGER ON DUTY. THEY HAD A CAR IN DRIVE THRU DURING THIS THE WHOLE TIME. STAY AWAY THEY ARE RUDE AND RACIST AT NIGHT. WE GOT IN AT 10 PM. WE ARE RV TRANSPORTERS SO TRAVEL ALL OVER UNITED STATES THESE EMPLOYEES ARE THE RUDEST. NEVER BEEN REFUSED TO BE SERVED BECAUSE I AM WHITE

Two employees saw me waiting to place an order, but they ignored me. I will not use the kiosk. I turned around and walked out. I'll go hungry before this place gets a dime of my money through a kiosk. I'll go spend my money somewhere else.

I’ve given this place two chances, and both experiences were terrible. The first time, the food was dry, old, and cold. Today, I decided to give it another try, and the service was awful. I waited over 10 minutes to order, and when I asked “how much longer it would take to order”, the girl working there rudely told me, ‘Hold on, I’m doing something,’ even though there were no cars in line or customers inside. I had my kids in the car, so I left. This place clearly doesn’t prioritize quality food or customer service. I won’t be coming back.

Refusing service to a blind person because they couldn't read the menu...and then getting pissy with them? I don't know who this employee was, but this needs to be addressed.

During the week day mornings ( not Thursdays), if Myra is working the drive thru runs amazing. Myra does an amazing job, she is friendly and stays calm. She definitely needs to be recognized!!
