I would give this McDonald's zero stars if it were possible. Seriously never come to this McDonald's... ever! I think the bar for McDonald's has lowered significantly in the past couple years, but this is the worst McDonald's. The food is always wrong or cold, if the place is even open. Do not trust the online hours. The employees decide to close down whenever they want.I want to be clear that this review is not me blaming the employees for the lack of service. I believe the state of this McDonald's Hass to do with the overall landscape of the job market, but I still have to voice my frustrations because it is incredibly frustrating. I hope somebody with some power sees this review, but I doubt they will, and if they do, they already know how awful it is and they can't do anything about it either.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. They're always out of something common. They always mess up something on the order. This time asked for Hot Mustard they gave me honey Mustard. Ordered 2 Double Cheeseburgers got 1.

Spanish music playing way too loud, was almost like techno. Staff either didn't speak English or chose not to. We thanked the employee that brought our food and he just walked away without saying anything. Food was alright but very sloppy. Big Mac had so much Mac sauce that it only tasted like sauce. All the trash bins were full, the floor was a mess, most tables were filthy and there were a ton of gnats. Gnats flying in your face, trying to swarm your food and drinks. Disappointing.

I show up at 11:15 pm and some Karen who works there decided to feel a little authority, said we are closed, but the drive through is open, I mention that I'm on a semi and can't go in to drive through, she said that's not my problem, well I hope she feels better after that. Lame.

I love that this is a place that hires people of all cultures and ethnicities. It is important, however, that they be capable of understanding the English language, have some understanding of haste, and be able to address customer concerns, especially in a leadership position. The manager left me standing there waiting for a small lid for my child's cup without telling me she had sent someone to fill the small lids on the condiment stand. This is after I had tried multiple times to tell another employee what I needed, then that employee went to get her. Then I told her, then stood waiting at the counter for them to bring me one for quite a while before realizing!!! I never realized why they were taking so long from the drive-through!
