We came in for lunch at 12 noon , , they were backed up in the dining room for presses and the drive through as we pretty much all showed up at once , they had a total of 3 people working one of em was their 1st day , we got ordered and our food way faster than we do at other restaurants fully staffed, hats off to these people , great job today

I was never coming back here but then I was informed that a new manager took over. I've always had bad experiences at any Penguin Point I ate at, ranging from old food, bad service, or lack of cleanliness. So when i was told about how different ot was I had to try it. From just pulling into the drive I noticed a big improvement. Walking into the store had a clean look and smell and being greated the way she did sold me. I assume it was the new manager who came out and asked...

Called in the order at 11:30am to be picked up at 5:30pm. Talked to Cindy she took all our information walked in at 5:20pm. To find out Josh and Tyler has no clue there was an order. So after lots of apologies. We walked out with some of the best chicken we have ever had!!!! Thanks to Josh and Tyler for saving the day!!!!
