I had placed an order online on Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 16, expecting delivery around 5pm. I received all of the usual confirmations (text, email, etc.), and even DoorDash sent me a notification that they were involved.
When I attempted to check on the order status after DD informed me that there was no order, nothing could be confirmed as there was no record of an order related to my phone number (the only means PH used).
I sent an email to PH Customer Service, explaining what had happened, and received a (possibly automated) reply that complaint was acknowledged and would be taken care of. The local store manager attempted to call me the next morning, while I was at work, and left a voicemail as to her confusion and asked for me to return her call, to explain what I had experienced. After work, I attempted TWICE to contact the local store as requested, and both times the phone rang until it timed out and the system disconnected me. I again sent an email to PH CS explaining the situation, but no reply.
Today while checking the charges on my company credit card, I found THE CHARGE FOR THE ORDER! I advised the account Admin to decline the charge.
THIS is the absolutely WORST experience I've had over more than 10 years of being a patron.

MY Pizza Hut order was not complete when delivered. Driver could not understand my language or I his. Handed back order and closed the door. Called Goshen Pizza Hut about problem and because they (woman) could not verify my phone number (online order) hung up on me. I redeemed Points for my order I now can't get back.

The other day we ordered pizza and it was amazing! They were extremely busy and the pizza was still amazing made perfectly. It was so good we ordered again today and our pizzas were burnt dry barely any sauce or cheese. The lady on the cash register got snippy with me and told me she made them and her hands are tied nothing she can do and hung up. Extremely rude. Ever disappointed this time.

I was having issues with another location, and Kayla- the manager, stepped in and assisted me. She was extremely nice and helpful. Every time I come to this location it is always clean, they are always very friendly at the front, and my food is always fresh.

Placed our order online, delivery driver arrived and left our food outside without even knocking on the door and left. Went outside to grab our food and it was someone else’s order. Spent the next 20 mins trying to call the store we ordered from and no one ever answered the phone. Called another store near by to explain what happened, and they said they would get a hold of that store and fix the situation and call us back. They never called us back, we cannot get a hold of them yet again and it’s now an hour 1/2 after all this started. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Not one of the workers were wearing gloves and not washing their hands at all. Monica was so pissed off the whole time. She was slamming doors and made the visit super unpleasant. She definitely did not want to be there what so ever. I know it’s just a pizza place but still. One of the most unsanitary and unprofessional places I have been in a while. And again no gloves???? Yeah sure. Just lather on my topping with your hands lol. Sounds legit.

Ordered pizza today at 7:28pm and waited for my order I was received a message saying my order was out for delivery. It's now 9:16 pm and I still don't have my order. You're better off getting papa johns

Ordered pizza . Afterwards they said that I ordered pickup which I didn’t. Called them 6 times and everytime they hung up after they said they were going to see if my order could be delivered. Their app is terrible. They don’t have people that know what they are doing. Won’t order from them again.
