The other day we ordered pizza and it was amazing! They were extremely busy and the pizza was still amazing made perfectly. It was so good we ordered again today and our pizzas were burnt dry barely any sauce or cheese. The lady on the cash register got snippy with me and told me she made them and her hands are tied nothing she can do and hung up. Extremely rude. Ever disappointed this time.

I was having issues with another location, and Kayla- the manager, stepped in and assisted me. She was extremely nice and helpful. Every time I come to this location it is always clean, they are always very friendly at the front, and my food is always fresh.

Placed our order online, delivery driver arrived and left our food outside without even knocking on the door and left. Went outside to grab our food and it was someone else’s order. Spent the next 20 mins trying to call the store we ordered from and no one ever answered the phone. Called another store near by to explain what happened, and they said they would get a hold of that store and fix the situation and call us back. They never called us back, we cannot get a hold of them yet again and it’s now an hour 1/2 after all this started. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Not one of the workers were wearing gloves and not washing their hands at all. Monica was so pissed off the whole time. She was slamming doors and made the visit super unpleasant. She definitely did not want to be there what so ever. I know it’s just a pizza place but still. One of the most unsanitary and unprofessional places I have been in a while. And again no gloves???? Yeah sure. Just lather on my topping with your hands lol. Sounds legit.

Ordered pizza . Afterwards they said that I ordered pickup which I didn’t. Called them 6 times and everytime they hung up after they said they were going to see if my order could be delivered. Their app is terrible. They don’t have people that know what they are doing. Won’t order from them again.

Our two pizzas were very poorly made. Hardly no toppings at all, what wag there was very scarce and looked as if it was just tossed from afar. One of the toppings was very scarce, like maybe 10 pieces of bell pepper on the entire pizza and very small pieces I'd like to add. Very disappointed again. I'm not sure why they ask for your thoughts they've never done anything to make it up or right. Today 26.00 is a little bit harder to pay than previously, so you would hope your food is right. Can't share pictures as we threw the food out. It wasn't fit to it.

Worst online/phone order experience I’ve ever had.I received an online offer for $7 one topping pizza. I placed the order selecting 2 - $7 pepperoni = $14 … I elected to add extra cheese on at +$2 per pizza and was charged $18 plus delivery plus tip.What arrived was 2 pizza’s with extra cheese and ZERO pepperoni.I called the store and explained that I believed the app (not then or they) mistakenly recorded my order wrong. I was told by the male store representative that was working at 5:00pm on 3/23 that because I ordered through the app he could nothing to help correct/resolve my order. When I asked him how he would have received the answer he gave me he went into a completely disrespectful tone and said “I would have made sure it was right”. It devolved into a waste of time having any further discussion and disconnecting me.Recap - I got 2 plain cheese pizzas no pepperoni topping that paid an extra $2 for extra cheese… $25.67I’ll choose somewhere else to shop!
