We have gone to the Starbucks in martins and they are out of product to make the unicorn frap. So we head to the other Starbucks off US 33. They told us that they been selling the unicorn frap for a few weeks now. To add they also said they might be getting rid of it, cause they cant keep up withtwith the demand. This was my 2nd time coming back to get a replacement drink for the first drink they messed up and they couldn't even get that right. Both times the employees kept saying "I can't do that or I'll get fired by my manager " really? I'm hoping their managers first priority consists of excellent customer service. Doesn't seem to be the case here.
